Bra läge nära strand och shopping. Branta backar och trappor för att komma till rummet. Slitet men ändå okej rum. Trevlig liten uteplats som man delar med grannen. Hjälpsam och trevlig ägare. Billigt boende och man kan förvänta sig att få vad man betalar för.

Отличное расположение: до моря 3 минуты, около домиков минипарк, по утрам поют птицы, белочки прыгают по деревьям. Приятно выпить кофе утром на своем патио. Есть чайник, посуда. Wifi, кондиционер, холодильник. Будем советовать друзьям

Спаренные бунгалы для людей без претензий

Спаренные бунгалы, для людей без претензий. Совсем не навязчивый сервис дополняется общим довольно плачевеым состоянием. Текущий ремонт проводится, пофигизма нет, но денег на модернизацию не хватает. А она нужна. Полотенца меняют регулярно, но белье с пятнами, грязноватое. Компенсируется все расположением и видом на море, если повезет при заселении. Главный минус - это спаренность бунгал и сервис, суть которого сводится к бесконечному хождению у вас перед глазами или ремонтным работам чуть ли не у вас в бунгало. Прожили месяц, соседи менялись через 1-5 дней. Чувства уединенности нет, а главный смысл бунгала именно в этом. Много муравьев и другой живности, учитывайте, если для вас это важно. Ну и по общему впечатлению, Русских там не очень любят... Но в общем и целом, впечатления ровные от проживания.

Amazing bungalows

The hotel was soooo good!!! The location are amazing! Very closer to the beach (1 min), a lot of cafes and bars are around. 15 min slowly walking till Kata Noi beach and 20 min till Karon beach! Our bungalow was very clean, beautiful and cozy)) the view was WOW! And the personals are amazing! So kind and friendly! For sure we will come back here!)

El bungalow cumple con todos los requisitos necesarios para pasar unos días en Kata Beach, está Rodeado de tiendas y está a tres minutos caminando de la playa. Tiene un 7 y Eleven a 1 minuto de distancia a pie. Y el famoso Ska Bar está a 5 minutos caminando al fondo de la playa para tomar unos cocktails ( el mojito es de lo mejor). El encargado de los Bungalows hará todo lo posible y lo imposible por hacerte sentir como en casa y habla inglés perfectamente. La localización de los Bungalows no es correcta. No están donde señala el mapa así que guíate por el Seven y Eleven y toma la primera hacia la Izquierda si vienes de Patong. Están hacia el lado opuesto a la playa en una colina. Verás el mar pero de lejos.si quieres aire acondicionado te costará 300bats por día aparte de lo que hayas pagado si como fue mi caso pagué un bungalow con ventilador. Yo no lo necesité, pero eso depende de cada persona. Ojalá vuestra estancia sea muy agradable en Kata Beach.

I would return for sure

Overall, it was awesome. We had a partial seaview, without any request. The terrasse was reallyyyy nice. Shared with another room, but big enough. The area was quiet, away from noise of the street. The guy who manage the place, Dee Pak, was excellent, a really good worker. We had little flys in our bathroom and he took care of it. Any demand we had, he was there to help and make it work. For the price, cant expect too much but still, room was specious, there was enough tables and clothet for all our things. Yes ants can come in but if too many, they put some spray. I would return for sure.

Bungalow patio was not cleaned. The bathroom had lots of fruit flies and if you any slight food on counters, there will be ants. There was no safe in the room so bring your own lock. On the positive side, the beach is across the hotel. There is a hot yoga next to the hotel, mini mart and lots of restaurants.

Chambre propre avec climatisation, espace vert bien entretenu, situé a 300m de la plage. Lieu a deconseillé pour les personnes auants des difficultés á marcher(chambres situées sur une pente assez haute).

Five weeks ..

Arrived ..with welcoming smile and confident helpful attitude from manager Deepak .( spoke English ).this didn't change throughout my stay ..the cleaning staff were great ...left all my absolute valuables in room ..exposed ...without a problem . Not the thing I usually do...but it works here ..for the price and what you get ( location to beach / up on hill / shops ) this place has my vote..got upgraded to higher level apartment building ..for just a bit more. I always treat people with respect and try to understand were they are coming from ..we formed a bond because of this .. Thank you coolbreeze

5 Nächte gebucht - eine geblieben

Zimmer sehr alt umd verschmutzt. Vorallem waren die Bettüberzüge schmutzig. Wir haben neue bekommen und schlechtere bekommen. Ausserdem hat das Zimmer kein Safe und die fenster konnte man von aussen öffnen. Nach einer acht entschieden wir uns das Hotel zu wechseln. Leider keine Rückerstattung erhalten, aber wir wollten trotzdem weg von dort!

Very nice penthouse right in front of the beach

Our hotel was pretty amazing, it was right in front of the beach and it had an amazing balcony overlooking it. The staff was also super nice and very attentive.

Tolle Lage, 1a Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Bungalows liegen am Hang, in einem Garten und sind einfach ausgestattet, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Ganz oben am Hang, (steiler Aufstieg über Treppe) liegt ein neues Appartementhaus. Wir hatten das Penthouse gemietet und waren begeistert. Der Schlafraum ist sehr geräumig und mit genügend Schränken ausgestattet. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das (ebenfalls sehr große) Badezimmer ist durch Glaschiebetüren vom Schlafraum getrennt. Ausgestattet mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche, einer Badewanne und WC sowie Waschbescken. Die Zimmer werden alle 3-4 Tage sauber gemacht, wenn man den Müll vor die Tür stellt, wird er täglich entleert und auch die Handtücher werden auf Wunsch täglich erneuert. Es gibt große Duschtücher in ausreichender Menge. Auf dem Stockwerk gibt es einen sehr großzügigen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche (Gasherd, Microwelle, großer Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach) von dem 2 weitere Zimmer abgehen, empfehlenswert für Familien und Freunde als ganzes Stockwerk zu mieten. Eine weitläufige (überdachte) Terrasse mit Stühlen und Liegen ausgesattet bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick zum Strand und über das Meer (Sonnenuntergang!) Direkt vom Penthouse führt eine bodentiefe Schiebetür zur Terrasse. Zu dieser Terrasse haben alle Bewohner des Hauses Zutritt, bei unserem Aufenthalt waren aber lediglich ab und zu mal die Bewohner des Stockwerks anzutreffen.

ビーチに近いが階段がきつい

名前はバンガローとなっているが、私たちが宿泊した部屋は高台の４階建てのビルの４階。エレベーターはない。坂と階段を延々とあがることになるのでスーツケース２つではたいへん。 部屋はリビングとキッチン、テラスを共有するシェアハウスのようなつくり。シャワーとトイレは固有なのだが、ベッドルームから一度リビングに出てからでないと行けないつくりなので不便。 ホットヨガの施設の向かいにフロントがあるが、到着時には従業員が不在でなかなかチェックインできず。しかも間違った部屋の鍵を渡される。セーフティボックスが壊れているので対応を依頼しても、解決したのは丸一日たってから。４泊したが、泊数分のミネラルウォーターを３泊目にまとめてもってきた。決して無愛想ではないが、従業員の対応がいい加減すぎる

Gorgeous room views!

Pretty good stay. Owner was very friendly. Hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious. To get to the hotel rooms itself is a bit of a trek, very steep uphill climb but worth it for the balcony views. Going downhill may be a challenge for some as well. Pretty clean space, bathroom needs more maintenance, especially the toilet seat.
