This hotel was a disappointment for me because of how the room was very old with old lights, furnitures, tv was the oldest tv ive seen, the bathroom was the part i didn’t like because its an old style shower where the restroom floor gets wet. Swimming pool looks decent. Eating area downstairs is fine and balcony as well.

Well everything was good but what really disappointed me the most is the swimming pool.Been years the pumps are not functioning at the mini jacuzzi area. Am a little surprised as how come they even the pool to public then. In addition to that,the fan in my room had this weird sound where I actually reported this many a times,the hotel staff even said that they reported it to the management bit nothing was done,so I can only give a rating ,of 2-2.5 as a whole.

Nice hotel for the money

The staff was very good, the food was good, and the room was very nice with a small kitchen. They have a computer for guest use by the reception and complimentary, scheduled shuttles to the beach. The only issue is that the beach is too far to walk comfortably - I'm guessing about a 20 minute walk. I did not attempt it.

Cheap, but...

Customer service - Great Cleaniless - Acceptable Location - Very noisy, but good location to explore the city. Room quality - OK The hotel is next to Nana Road which is very busy road. My deluxe room located directly to the road. It was very noisy. Barely could sleep.

Je recommande cet hôtel il est bien situé propre le personnel est hyper gentil et agréable. Le seul petit bémol c’est qu’on entend les scooters passer la nuit. 10/10 !

Varasin hotellin ensin pariksi yöksi. Huone oli ihan hyvä. Hotellissa ei ole kahvilaa, eikä baaria. Uima-allas sen sijaan on. Uima-allas on pieni, mutta ihan hienoa päästä pulahtamaan välillä veteen. Ympärillä on rakennuksia, joten aurinko pääsee paistamaan allasalueelle ehkä noin 5 tuntia päivässä. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja auttavasta. Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde on hyvä. Tykkäsin niin paljon, että viivyin vielä pari yötä lisää.

Einfaches Hotel abseits vom Trubel trotzdem umgeben von jeder Menge Bars und Restaurants und kleinen Garküchen. Sehr asiatisches Flair in diesem Teil von Patong. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Superior room not very good

I paid for the superior room with kitchen. Staff were friendly but room hadn’t been lived in for a while. Musty and a few giant cockroaches. Biggest problems was with the water pressure for the shower...found myself stuck with no water halfway through doing shampoo...came back after 5 minutes but it happened more than once. Internet wasn’t security conscious. Password very simple. I think that there are better options around for the price...unless you want the most basic and cheapest room..

Die Durchschnittsbewertung ist viel zu hoch für dieses Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man den Balkon schließen könnte. Und dann kommen wir auch gleich zu den Mängeln: Balkon lässt sich nicht abschließen (auf jedes Zimmer bezogen) Die Lage ist furchtbar Es gibt zwar einen Balkon, aber auf diesem fühlt man sich sehr unwohl und man hat nur einen Ausblick auf Käbel Die Toilette ist in der Dusche und ist bei uns fast übergelaufen Es gibt einen Tresor, aber wir konnten diesen nicht nutzen, weil bereits ein Code vergeben war den keiner wusste. Das "Bett" ist nur eine Matraze am Boden (hat uns persöhnlich nicht gefallen) und die Decke kratzt Die Klimaanlage ist sehr alt. Auch wenn man sie voll aufdreht, kann es eine Stunde dauern bis die Temperatur von 30 auf 25 gesunken ist. Für die, denen ein kleines Zimmer mit Matraze und Gefahr auf Diebstahl über den Balkon nichts ausmacht. Denen würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben 4 tage gebucht, haben dort aber nur 1 Nacht verbracht. PS: Österreichische Gefängnisse sind schöner
