Wonderful resort, great location, restaurants nearby and reception staff the most helpful and friendly we have encountered in many years of travel. Special thanks to Dokkaew, Bumbim, Kaimook and Wulai for their assistance and friendship extended.

Rooms but tired and we had issues in our room that they couldn’t fix so got sent to a lesser value room late at night
No discount for the inconvenience
Staff quite rude and not interested in serving particularly at the swim up bar etc

First off this may just be a miscommunication but the hotel was supposed to charge half a few months prior to check in when I booked. I booked multiple rooms from Expedia for this trip and assumed the charge was put through. The hotel apparently didn’t charge which caused miscommunication during check in. I just paid and decided I’ll dispute it later if necessary. Then the room… definitely need to train housekeeping on cleaning. Has a damp smell throughout the room. And the mosquitos! We literally had them buzzing in our ears while we slept. The beach access and views made my stay worth it. Very nice facility. Just needs some upgrades or deep cleaning in the rooms for what they charge. Breakfast had lots of options. Also some of the staff could have been friendlier. If you’re looking for luxury this ain’t it but it has potential or may have been 20 years ago
The beachfront location with a nice pool is unmatched in Kata Beach for the price. The facility is very nice and the complimentary breakfast buffet has a lot of great options. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are spacious, the rooms could just be updated a bit, very late 2000s vibes.
The property is set in beautiful gardens right on the beach. It has very impressive common areas including a very good gymnasium. It's an impressive properly but our room was really old and tired and had a musky damp smell. The rooms are definitely due for a major refurb. Apart from that The breakfast buffet was a little limited and bacon was always empty. Lastly, I don't like the fact that guests put towels on poolside chairs from early in the morning. Their policy on not reserving seats needs to be enforced so everyone can have an opportunity to sit by the pool.
