"My room was not properly cleaned once during my 6 day stay. The guesthouse is clean but this is not acceptable. The staff were friendly but spoke no English. The address does not accurately reflect the location (in a Soi) and the signage is all in Thai. If you are going to advertise on English language websites than there must be some English somewhere."

"First - the exact location of the hotel is not where you see it on the map of Expedia or Google. These are the correct coordinates: 12°55.2010'N, 99°50.3430'E, at the T-junction of roads 3499 and 4019. Hotel phone number: 032-473599. In Google Maps type Canel Happiness to find it. (This is not a typo error!) The Hotel seems to be very new and the room was still in spotless condition. It has an elevator. Car parking at its rear. The craftsmanship used is excellent for Thailand.
