Unhelpful Disgraceful Owners

Owner deserves bad karma, refused to help a solo traveller in desperate need after theft of belongings left me with no phone and email. Out of date room information described a internet café which i walked to only to find it long closed down, so I told the owner this and asked to access the internet for 5 mins after being robbed. Just refused and offered no help. Pleaded for any help whatsoever and still refused. Had my money so didn't care. Awful customer service for a paying customer and shameful treatment of a human being in need. Room was basically functional-you get what you pay for. Didn't realise you also get what you pay for in terms of service = none when you need it.

Lizards in the room, dirty bathroom, cold shower etc, play loud rubbish music at night time to keep you awake! Avoid!

Отдых хороший, отель не очень.

Отдых в Муйне нам понравился, но впечатление об отеле негативное. В номерах все весьма старое и изношенное, особенно санузел, видно что хозяева не особо следят за состоянием номеров. Первые ночи спали очень плохо, по тому что хозяйские гуси дико орали по ночам, через несколько дней они их перевели куда то. Единственное что в отеле не плохо это чистота, убирались каждый день.

돈을 더 추가해서 좋은곳으로 잡길..

아무리 저렴하다고 해도 쫌 너무한 숙소 였습니다. 뭐 누울곳 있고 씻을 곳 있는건 똑같지만.. 청결상태가 너무 별로 였습니다. 침대위에는 개미가 죽어있고.. 방에는 모기가 많아서 시달려야 했습니다. 잠을 자고 싶지 않을 정도 였습니다.. 돈을 조금 추가해서 다른곳으로 잡길..

Lovely guest house set in a garden

We had a bungalow at the top of the lovely garden full of flowers. We particularly liked the outdoor space we had, with table, chairs and hamac!

L'accueil est passable, on est accueilli par une gamine qui baragouine 3 mots d'anglais. La chambre est petite et la sdb tout autant même si on est habitué au Vietnam, c'est quand même petit. Le resort est joli par contre et possibilité de garer le scooter devant la chambre.

숙소 청결도는 좋았습니다 정원도 아기자기하니 귀여웠으나 아무래도 나무가 많다보니 주변에 모기가 많아서 힘들었습니다. 사장님은 매우 친절하셨고 영어를 잘하셔서 언어적으로 불편함은 없었습니다. 아쉬웠던점이 있다면 더운 날 선풍기로 견뎌야만 했던 점인데, 친절한 사람들 덕분에 좋은 시간 보낼 수 있었습니다.

Ganz nette Häuschen und freundliche Besitzer. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber. Aus dem Badezimmer kam aber ein recht muffiger Geruch. Für ein bis zwei Nächte ok für längere Zeit würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Nice hotel on the main drag but set back so nice and quite. Nice buildings and we'll kept grounds. AC worked well and room was a decent size and clean. Bed was rock hard - but that seems to be common in Vietnam. Thought the room was very good value

Nous avons testé 2 types de chambres : la familiale et la double. Accueil très cordial du patron, avec check-in anticipé, le tarif des tours pour les dunes est bon, car en dessous des tarifs agence avant négociation. et les chambres sont propres. L'absence de Petit déjeuner est compensé par les nombreux restaurants à proximité (celui accolé à l'hôtel est plutôt cher mais les cafés sont servis dans de gros mugs bien remplis). L'établissement propose de l'eau chaude et froide gratuitement, un vrai plus. Mis à part la relative dureté des matelas, et le ventilateur un peu trop près des lits (pas pratique pour dormir), le séjour à été fantastique, et le rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! À recommander.

신카페 위치를 잘못알아서 바로 옆인줄 알고 예약했지만 만족해요

방갈로처럼 입구가 정원과 바로 이어져있어요 각 ㅇㅂ구 앞에는 해먹과 돌로 만들어진 테이블과 의자가 있는데 낮은 너무 더워서 쓸 엄두가 안나지만 이른 아침에는 아주 좋아요 입구가 정원과 바로 이어져있다보니 모기나 벌레가 쉽게 들어옵니다 침대에 칠 수 있는 모기장이 천장에 매달려있어요 매일 깨끗히 청소해주시고 시트 재질이 약간 까슬까슬해서 몸에 붙지 않는 천이라 더 좋았어요 숙소를 나와서 길을 건너 신카페 방향으로 조금 걷다보면 할머니가 약간의 빵을 파는데 머핀이랑 어포같은 가루가 뿌려진 빵이 정말 맛있어요
