Excellent property right on the beach but also right on the main highway / thoroughfare. Convenient walking distance to everything. Busses back to Saigon will pick up at this hotel as well.

It was a great place to stay. Great location, nice beach, and a great breakfast. Staff very helpful - went out of her way to pick up bus tickets for us. Highly recommend this place.

very disappointing stay never again, bedroom nice breakfast cold food and coffee abysmal choice I went once never again. the upstairs noise non stop above me (i was 3rd floor) drove me crazy until 2am. complained to staff absolutely no interest. Stayed in this area many times no complaints never again Swiss village. Gym closed spa closed yet i came for excercise!

곰팡이만 아니었더라면 ...

화장실에 곰팡이가 많고 물론 곰팡이냄새도 심하다 여러 맛집과의 거리는 택시타고 천오백원이면 다 가능하다. 수영장이 깊어서 좋다. 조식은 평타치.

Einfach schlecht.

Sehr Ungepflegter zustand, Schimmel die Farbe fiel von der Wand . Service fast keinen . Nur Russische Gäste . Essen wirklich grenzwertig . Ich komme aus der Branche und Reise sehr sehr viel halte mich immer zurück aber dieses mal kann ich nicht schweigen da es einfach nur schlecht war . Sauberkeit im Zimmer na ja . Services beim Frühstück keinen außer abräumen . Internationaler Gala Abend ja wenn mann Russisch spricht und Russland als International ansieht dann ok . Nur das Essen war schlecht . Der Aufbau wahr eine Katastrophe z.b. Suppenstation aber dort gab es keine Suppentassen , Frühlingsrollen Dipps an einer Anderen Station . u.s.w. Beach Bar ca. 2 Stunden am Tag besetzt . Einfach gesagt wenn man 2 Sterne erwartet könnte es vielleicht keine Enttäuschung geben aber 4 Sterne 100% sind es nicht !!!

Fantastiskt läge, underbar utsikt men underhållet av hotellet var bristfälligt. Till exempel var kaklet i poolen trasigt och barnen skadade sig på skärvorna

Old and unfriendly, never ever 4-star

the hotel is old, the room is far away from 4-star, the shower is just the cheapest plastic shower from china, everything looks like 30 years old. The breakfast was medium, the reception unfriendly. Honestly, how can they use „swiss“ for a hotel looking like a old sovjet-style? The only good thing is the location. directly at the sea, with plenty of restaurants around.

최악의 경험ㅠㅠ

체크인하고 방으로들어섰을때부터 부길한기운이.. 역시나 물냄새에 방향제냄새에 속부터 안좋아지고 머리까지ㅠㅠ기분이별로였다.화장실은 정말최악이다 모기에 곰팡이까지ㅡㅡ절망 그자체였다 날씨가더워서 수영장부터 고고싱~수영장은 뭐 그냥그냥 그랬다.이틀날부터문제가 터지기시작했다 비도오고바람도불고 추웠다.샤워를하려고하는데 뜨거운물이 나오지않았다 .호텔에콜요청을했다 고장이여서 내일고쳐주겠단다ㅡㅡ환장할노릇이다 아이가있는데ㅡㅡ어떻게 샤워하라고. 황당그자체였다.화를내서야 2층만고쳐주었다1층은 끝까 지내일고쳐주겠단다 .근데문제 너무뜨거운물이 꽐꽐나왔다 중간이없다 물이너무뜨거워서 조심해서 사용해야했다ㅡㅡ포기다 ㅠㅠ할말은많았지만 말이 통하지않아서 패스 청소도 정말 대충대충. 침대 커버도 3박4일동안 한번을 갈아주지 않았다.우리애가 쥬스조금흘렸는데 그대로 쭉우욱 썼다 말을해도 자꾸 이상한말을해서 ㅡㅡ그냥 말 안했다.3일째 수도가고장나서 단수란다ㅡㅡ헉 헉 헉 이다 두번다시 스위스빌리지 리조트가고싶지않다 .마지막날까지 최악이였다 객실에있는 슬리퍼가 1개부족하다고 붙잡더니 찾아달란다ㅡㅡ오마이갓~~맙소사 였다 차시간은되어서 기달리고있고 우리에게 찾으란다 하는수없이 객실을갔다 확인하려고 하는데 직원왈~~맞단다ㅡㅡ이런 * *욕이나왔다 다신 가고싶지않다 생각도 하기싫다

숙박경험

청결도 좋고 정원도 이쁘다, 수영장 청소는 좀 별로 인듯함. 그리고 호텔의 위치가 보케와 거리가 멀다 택시로 움직일 거리임.. wifi 느리고 자주 끊어짐. 그리고 직원들의 서비스가 좀부족하다., 화장실의 샤워부스가 낡았음. 객실카드를 한장 뿐이 안줘서 나갔다가 들어오면 방이 답고 냉장고가 시원하지 않음. 그래서 얼음을 항상 룸서비스로 불러야 함.,영어도 못하고 잘못알아 듣는다. 그리고 카드 디파짓이 아닌 여권으로 보증을 맡겨서 좀 당황스러웠다. 여권을 맡기지 않을시는 돈을 내라고 해서 좀 그랬다.
