Food serve for Breakfast could be improved

The hotel is very old. The Food, many dishes such as banh uot, banh cuon, xoi, chao thit..., serves for breakfast are too cold while they should be served in warm or hot condition for tasty. Hot water should be available for use to dilute the very strong black coffee. The toaster was not working.

3일간 숙박했는데 호텔에서 바로 해변을 나갈 수 있고 수영장이 2개나 있어 취향에 따라 골라 즐길 수 있어요..나트랑가는 버스가 연착되어 문의하니 친철하게 알아봐 주셨어요..좋은 추억을 간직하고 갑니다..^^

위치가 너무 좋았으며 조식은 보통이였다 수영장도 좋고 바닷가 앞이여서 좋았으나 베란다 또는 방안에 새끼도마뱀이 자주 출현해서 인상을 찌푸리게 했다

Бронировали номер с балконом. Заселили сначала в маленький номер без балкона. После разговора с ресепшеном, оказалось, что забронированного нами номера нет в наличии. В итоге дали на категорию выше, чем мы бронировались, без доплат, с балконом. Остался осадок, ведь можно было сразу дать нормальней номер, а не пытаться заселить нас в коморку. Пляжные полотенца все в пятнах. Все остальное было хорошо

Awful WiFi, miserable staff

Hotel has an infrastructure which could make this a solid 4 star hotel, unfortunately there are a number of issues leaving this hotel slightly lacking. Staff speak very little English, are not welcoming or overly helpful. On arrival we was left to struggle up the entrance stairs with our cases and was not escorted to our rooms but left to wander on our own. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had sufficient choice but not particularly to a western palette. All juices, milk and salad served at room temperature, which could be in the serving dish for up to 3 hours. Pool area and beach has plenty of sun beds, sun shades and tables. Area is not cleared of empty bottles and drinking cartons throughout the day. Restaurant/ bar serves food and drink all day. Prices are competitive, service is slow. Ordering was problematic because of langauge barrier. Cats wandering about. During one evening meal we had a persistent cat pester us, trying to get on the table to eat from our plates. The staff did not help to remove the cat. Room service order was late both days we used it. Parts of beach has a lot of debris. Some days the sea tide is in all day and the beach is inaccessible. WiFi was awful, very limited access. Clientele is 85% Russian package holiday makers, 10% Asian holidays makers and the remainder are Westerners. Lots of restaurants and shops directly outside the hotel.

전반적으로 아주 만족

밖에서 봤을때와 로비의 첫인상은 전체적으로 조금 오래된 느낌이 들었지만 실제로 방에 들어가보니 고풍스러운 인테리어 느낌을 잘 살려서 관리하고 있다는 생각이 들었다. 디럭스 스위트(시내방향)에 묵었는데 방이 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했으며 시내 방향이라도 5층이어서 많이 시끄럽지는 않았다. (그렇지만 바다 뷰 쪽이 더 좋아보이긴했다.) 화장실이 굉장히 넓고 욕조, 샤워부스도 따로 마련되있어 좋았으며, 발코니에 작은 건조대와 의자 테이블 등이 구비되어 있어 수영 후 수영복을 말리기도 편했다. 수영장에서 사용할 비치타월도 방안에 구비되어 있고 비치타월을 들고다니는 가방도 있었다. 여러모로 디테일하게 신경을 쓴 호텔같았다. 조식도 여러종류가 갖춰져있어서 나름 만족스러웠고 수영장은 생각보다 작았지만 사용자가 별로없어 여유롭게 시간을 보내며 수영하기에 좋았다. 위치, 객실상테, 부대시설 등을 통틀어 아주 만족스러웠다. 다만 수영장에서 시간을 오래 보내실 분들이라면 수영장 규모에 실망을 할수도 있으니 참고하길 바란다.

Great scene

Love the view, kudos to the chefs that made breakfast an enjoyable one. I love the pho made. It's a rare thing for me to review about food but Novela's Pho is going to be a highlight soon

도둑넘 ..세탁실 직원

이 호텔에 와서 돈을 분실당했다. 화근은 세탁실 직원....수영즐기는 사이 어제 맡긴 세탁물을 방으로 배달하면서 물품들을 다 뒤진다음... 지갑속 돈도 절반정도만 훔쳐간다. 금고는 고장난 상태..... Cctv 있으면 뭐하냐...? 외부인 침입없슴 직원은 세탁물배달만 했을뿐.... 직접 돈훔친 물증이 없으니..... ㅡ절대 세탁실 이용하지마라ㅡ 이것만 빼면 아주 좋은 호텔이다.

A nice place for some R&R

Location is perfect, not too far from anything, but away from the noise at the same time. Rooms are really nice and big, bathroom excellent, all modern. I had a "city view" room on the ground floor, which was effectively the street, but the black out curtains did their job and it really wasn't noisy, but it wasn't very inviting to sit out on the balcony. The resort is right on the beach, which is very clean. The pool is big and lovely. Luckily there wasn't a lot of people, I thInk it would be crowded otherwise. Only downside, the food is terrible, don't eat here.

Bra hotell med godt lokalområde!

Hadde et veldig flott opphold på Novela. Rommet var lite, men helt ok. Vi hadde veranda mot gata, kunne høre litt støy på kveldene men det var som regel stilt fra elleve tiden. Badet var fint - stor dusj, god renslighet på rommene. Det eneste negative på rommet vårt var at vi ikke hadde Internett der. Men hvis man gikk ut i gangen fikk man tilgang. Hotellfrokosten var helt ok. Hotellområdet var veldig fint. Fint basseng man kunne avkjøle seg i, men mye trær rundt - så når det blåser (noe det gjør stortsett hele tiden) kommer det ofte ned litt rusk og rask ned i bassenget og på solsengene, men det er bare småting. De har også et herlig jacuzzi, som dog er en del varmere enn bassenget - men opplevde det som avkjølende likevel. Det er ingen Strand på området, så hvis man er ute etter å ligge på stranda må man nok finne seg andre plasser å bo. Stranden kommer frem seint på kveldene da havet trekker seg tilbake. Det er fortsatt mulig å bade i havet her da det går trapper ned i havet. Men vi opplevde det som litt ekkelt på dager med mye vind da man blir slådd mot trappene på grunn av alle bølgene. Men ellers helt greit! Det kunne også være litt søppel og lignende i havet. Lokalområdet rundt var veldig bra! Kor avstand til restauranter etc. Alt i alt var oppholdet på Novela veldig bra, og hadde lett booket der på nytt.
