"Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. I will return without doubt as a perfect...

"Grace was super friendly and kind and made our son laugh making jokes with him. She gave us her advice on what food to order when I asked and it didn't disapoint. All the staff were super lovely. Hotel was really nice and clean, lovely swimming pool and chill out area. Lots of spaces to park."

"Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up."

"The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. "

"We got upgraded to a studio apartment as needed a ground floor for disability. Bar man was very helpful and showed us the key codes etc. very appreciative for upgrading. Thank you Wolf Inn for a great night stay . "

"Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good."

"Nice room, Comfortable bed. Shower very small. Lovely sea view from bedroom. Room on 2nd floor, no lift, so not suitable forthose with mobility issues. Breakfast superb. Staff fantastic."

"The property is a little older but the room was clean and had all the basics you need for a stress free stay. Easy access to and from London with main roads easily accessible."

"Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. "

"Welcoming helpful staff. Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality. On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early. Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom."

"Staff were very helpful. Sadly, there are no food and drink services available. The room was small. It had been recently decorated, but in a slapdash manner. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Disappointingly, there seemed to be no housekeeping - beds left unpaid, cups unwashed.... It is v much a budget place."
