"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "It’s situated in a backstreet behind a Main Street row of nightclubs. Fine for a midweek stay but probably best avoided at weekends. It’s ok for the price but a bit like staying in student accommodation - Spartan furniture and furnishings and rather tired decoration. "

"I was in room 20 which is at the very top in the eaves, which was dark with only a skylight with blinds that didn't open, there is a small window in the room which is covered by some cloth. The Bathroom window stills need painting. At the time of booking it did state that there was on site parking which was not true which has been been removed, there is a car park down the road which you can. The hotel can sell you parking permits. Also when I booked it also stated that there is a full English breakfast, Sorry it's not, They offer a continental breakfast or a vegetarian or vegan breakfast. One good thing about this hotel is that it is only 5 minutes away from the centre. "

"Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great. We were Derby fans and came to see the Norwich match and he was so helpful with parking tips and planning. Thank you again."

"Room was clean and fine for a night’s stay. Bed was ok, shower good. Parking limited and we parked on the street which was fine after 6pm and on a Sunday. Was noisey in the evening and WiFi was very temperamental. Overall I’d say 7/10 but I could only give 4/5 stars as 3 would be a little harsh given the price we paid."
