My mother and I visited from Los Angeles, and after we had already checked out and were on our way back to Amman, our driver received a call from the hotel staff informing him we had left a lot of money and jewels in the lockbox in our hotel room. They were so kind to take photos of each and every item left behind and send it to us....

"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety, tasty, and pleasant service while sitting in front of a gorgeous panorama of the mountains (top floor dining). There is also a lovely lounge area upstairs to enjoy the view anytime of day. Comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the generous service by our host manager to help arrange transportation for us. "
