"The hotel was beautifully maintained. The historical aspect was so interesting. The room was comfortable. Parking was great and the hotel was located right downtown and easily accessibnle to shopping, restaurants and walks. We ate at the pub the first night and the food and service was very good."

"The room was great. Clean and comfortable."

"The building is very old and needs updating. I had an issue with shower leaking water. There is a very old elevator, more like an old fashioned dumb waiter"

"We went to enjoy the beauty of the area and felt the hotel reflected it as well. We could sit and look out at the bay at breakfast. The room was great as a resting place for the night after biking, shopping, seeing a movie at the local theater, and visiting the sandy beach watching the sun go down."

"Easy access and close to Petoskey if in the area for business or pleasure. For EV owners, there are two Tesla level 2 chargers present and both come equipped with J1772 adapters."

"Hayden was very informative and helpful."

"all above listed"

"We stayed in a room with twin beds but the mattress is had was worn out...had to turn it around so I didn't fall out because the side was so broken down..they said they were changing them this week. Too bad it wasn't changed for our stay! Or they shouldn't have rented it to us.!"

"Unfortunately, we found the bed to be quite uncomfortable. We were warned about the sound before check-in. Thankfully, it was not too loud the night we were there."

"Don’t go in the fall / rooms are cold & there is no thermostat to control the heat. I tried calling the front desk over 6 times & no one answered the phone. Had to drive back to the check in area & ask them what the “trick” was to get some heat in the room. There was a small knob on the base register to turn on the heat. Also, there were French doors that at the top that had no curtains or shades. Once the sun rose, you were awake. Decent breakfast but would not go back again."

"The condo was beautiful, fully stocked and amazing views from both the balcony & front door! So happy we spent a weekend enjoying all the amenities!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility and grounds were beautiful"

"A hidden gem! I loved how clean the hotel and room were, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was only there for one night for a work trip, but I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. I can’t wait to come back!"
