We've been on the road for a week and this was the best Continental breakfast we've had in Michigan to date. The bed was very comfortable, even if the room was quite humid and the AC was very loud.

Loved staying in Petoskey at Baymont.

The staff was amazing and highly responsive. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were able to accommodate our earlier arrival. They made sure we had everything we needed. The texting communication was great as well. The room was in excellent condition and we had a really great day.

If you're looking for a VERY budget friendly stay, this place is for you. Pictures make it look nicer than it is though. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was lovely. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking inside and they tried covering up the smell with too much air freshener. I wanted to take a bath to relax but didn't trust sitting in the tub. The shower was fine with lots of hot water. The mattress was comfortable but we kept hitting our knees on the bed frame because the room was crowded. When we first checked we actually wanted to go to another hotel but, we decided to stay because, really, we just needed to sleep somewhere decent. We won't stay here again though.

Love this hote

The room was a little small, but that’s maybe coz we had a king bed, also we sometimes lost phone wifi in the room but the macbook stayed connected. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Nice, updated, very clean and comfortable room, big TV, covered parking right outside our door. Best breakfast of any hotel we’ve been to recently with good selection of food including hot dishes like scrambled eggs, sausage with gravy and chili soup. Location was close to downtown and the beaches. Communication was also great, you could check-in online and text them for any questions or requests even before you arrive. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was really nice. Everything was clean breakfast looked good however it looked like a mob scene with kids running around and getting food. I decided just to grab a cup of coffee and go to Petoskey for breakfast. Staff was super nice. They were doing the best they could. An elevator would’ve been nice. However, the stairs were safe and wide. I would stay there again.
