Lack of hospitality

Being a member of Relais & Chateau,I expected much more hospitality.The Estate itself is stunning but the staff needs a training regarding hospitality ASAP ,specially the team from the restaurants (Cedri ,breakfast) . Exception with the front desk team,specially Maggie and Valentina ,who were so kind and helpful.

Juste sublime !!!! Aucune fausse note quant à la qualité de service, la beauté des lieux, les attentions toutes particulières des premières minutes de l’ accueil jusqu’à notre départ.
