"I didn't like that the weekend cleaning staff weren't very thorough. In room dining menu was scarce of meat dishes, but the food was delicious anyway. There was also a Sundays and public holidays surcharge on room service.
However the room itself, was fantastic! The view was nice, the room and furniture were neat, tidy and clean. An in-room coffee pod machine with complementary pods and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The staff were great and very helpful....
"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights.
Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries.

"My room was fantastic. Loved having a sitting room to watch TV. The bathroom was so luxurious. The bed was comfortable with another TV to watch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Still can't get over the restored elevator. A very nice hotel."
