"I didn't like that the weekend cleaning staff weren't very thorough. In room dining menu was scarce of meat dishes, but the food was delicious anyway. There was also a Sundays and public holidays surcharge on room service.
However the room itself, was fantastic! The view was nice, the room and furniture were neat, tidy and clean. An in-room coffee pod machine with complementary pods and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The staff were great and very helpful....
"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights.
Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries.

"The room was worn but very clean and comfortable, with lots of room to spread out. It is in a central location that is convenient for access to buses and about a 10-minute walk to the ferry and train station. There are several grocery stores nearby, plus a pharmacy and a lot of other food and shopping options. The first room I was given had a broken washer, so if you are staying for a while and counting on a washer, you may want to let the management know in advance. The staff was great and...
"I really like to stay here. Location is convenient; close to bus stops. You can walk to Queen Street for shopping. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and neat.
