"Our apartment was very spacious. Balcony had a nice view and you could sit there all day long. It‘s a bit noisy at night though because of all the ambulance cars driving by and we couldn‘t use the AC at all because there was a really strong smell when turning it on, so had to keep the doors open at night. The apartment offers a lot of amenities: washer & dryer, oven, dishwasher in the room; gym, outdoor pool and you can just sit on the rooftop with a great view. After-hour check-in was easy and we had a nice stay. Will be back whenever we‘re returning to Brisbane."

"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. The rest of the reception and spa staff are awesome but it takes a couple of people to ruin what would have been a perfect stay."
