"There was no room seevice and food during the day, except for breakfast. The gym was at a different hotel and impossible to work out in - small, humid, hot, no A/C."

"The room was fine. Breakfast is not served at the hotel. It is served in another hotel restaurant (part of the same business). It is just around the corner. I could say breakfast wasn’t very good. The restaurant was really small to hold passengers from 2 hotels. Place has a lot of small flies"

"We loved the location and the service at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. Being in the Old Quarter meant that most of the major sites were within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of cook to order options as well as a full spread."

"Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "

"Great stay! Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was central to everything. Rooftop pool was a nice bonus for humid afternoons."
