"We had a brilliant stay at Riad Azrur, when we arrived Ibrahim served us the most amazing mint tea and took the time to help us find our bearings on the maps whilst making great recommendations on where to visit. Our room was spotless and was turned down every day. The bathtub was an especially lovely feature to relax in after a long day exploring the souks. It was no more than a 5-10 minute walk to reach the heart of the souks. My partner and I both received a massage at the Riad which was worth every penny. The Riad was the perfect place to unwind and we would definitely stay again. Thank you to Ibrahim and the lovely folks who made us feel welcome and comfortable. "

"We left to the airport early in morning at 6am and they give us the worst breakfast ever, I can’t believe it , it’s the worst stay I ever stay in Morocco, we left the 4 umbrellas and no one contacted us , bad management "

"I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The location was absolutely perfect - close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing, making it the ideal base to explore and unwind. What truly made the experience special were Naima and Asania. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable from the moment I arrived. They made me feel completely at home, always ready to help with a smile and thoughtful attention to every detail. It honestly felt like a home away from home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. I would return in a heartbeat!"

"What a fabulous Riad. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family. You are served tea and pastries in the courtyard for the check in while your bags are taken to your room. We had the suite w/ terrace overlooking the courtyard which is a beautiful room. The entire staff are always available to help you and usually anticipate what you need before you ask. Great breakfast included every morning. Dinners in the restaurant are excellent with huge servings. Just can’t say enough about how special this Riad is. Want to say thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Mohammed and Hakin who took care of us morning to night. They made my granddaughters birthday one she will never forget. "Everything was very beautiful, toilets worked great, shower was hot, rooms were clean, bed was soft, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, food was delicious, and surrounding area was safe and interesting."

"Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."
