From the moment of our arrival, the staff has been super welcoming, friendly and attentive. The riad is a beautiful and calm oasis in the centre of the old town of Marrakech. Our room was spacious, clean and with a comfy bed that allowed us to relax after a busy day exploring the city.

Lovely Riad in lovely Dar El Bacha area of Medina. Staff are wonderful, so helpfull and welcoming. Perfect location for walking to all sites. Delicious breafast and excellent service. A few narrow alleyways to get too as expected and not the cleanest due to dust from some building work ( not next to riad) and due to donkeys and bikes but nothing to do with Riad. We did have a few sinus issues staying in medina but don't regret staying there for our 1st visit, and were delighted with Riad Luciano choice. Dar El Bacha museum and Bacha coffee place very close as were many other sites.

We had the pleasure of stay at this riad for 4 nights. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay. It is located not far from tourist sites in Marrakech. There is a alley that you have to walk for 5 minutes to get to the riad. This walk made me feel a bit nervous at night. This did limit how late we felt comfortable staying out, as we wanted to make sure we walked back when there were people around. The common areas are very nice, especially by the pool and the roof top. The rooms are a good size, and clean with comfortable bedding. The staff are very kind and friendly. Overall it is a great riad, i think the alley was a bit off-putting for me, so be wary of this when you book.

We had a very pleasant stay at Riad Luciano. The riad is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina, making it a great base for exploring Marrakech. What truly makes this place special is the staff, especially Salah. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed. The hospitality from the entire team really stood out and made our stay memorable. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because, while our room was comfortable, it felt a little dated compared to some of the other rooms we saw. The staff kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely gesture, but the upgraded room didn’t have a TV, so we decided to stay in our original room. Overall, I would definitely recommend Riad Luciano, particularly for its outstanding service and warm hospitality.

Truly an amazing riyadh that I will be recommending to all who visit Marrakech. This was only made better by Ishmail who was one of the most helpful and attentive humans we had met in Marrakesh. Impeccable service, cleans rooms, tranquil environment that made it a pleasure to return home from the chaos of the souks. Cannot give enough praises for this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Luciano Hotel & Spa in Marrakech. The riad itself is truly beautiful, with a stunning atmosphere and very tastefully designed rooms that made the whole experience feel special from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and what really made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our time there. You could really feel the attention to detail and care they put into making guests feel comfortable. A particularly lovely moment was during my birthday. I never mentioned it myself, yet the team surprised me at breakfast with a small cake and several staff members came to sing happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful and warm gesture, and exactly the kind of personal touch that makes a stay memorable. The only small downside was some noise coming from the streets late at night, but that is simply part of staying in the medina and not something the riad itself can really control. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back ourselves.

Super schönes Riad in sehr zentraler Lage. Uns wurde geholfen das Auto zu parken und zum riad zu kommen. Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, dafür war das Badezimmer groß und alles sauber. Sehr nettes und höfliches Personal.
