"We are so glad that we picked Riad Illayka for our first visit to Marrakech. You are treated like family from the moment you arrive. Rahim went out of his way to make us comfortable. From trying to navigate the souks, avoiding getting scammed, to making reservations for dinner and excursions. He also arranged a personal masseuse to come on the premises for us. The riad itself is absolutely stunning and so luxurious. The location is central to everything and you could walk to all the landmarks around the city. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. "We had the best stay at Riad les dunes. Firstly I would advise booking the airport pick up through them (€20) as when you get to the medina it is quite daunting trying to find your way through the streets of Marrakesh (which you can’t drive down) we got picked up no problem and were escorted to the Riad by members of the team. The room was lovely, small (as all Riads would be) but the perfect size for the 2 of us, was cleaned every day and had all the amenities we needed. The Riad itself is beautiful, the roof top is lovely and the food is so so good! It’s in good walking distance to the main square (20 mins) and if you need taxis anywhere or have booked any trips, the entrance to get picked up is a 7 minute walk away. The thing that really makes this Riad the best place to stay is the staff! They could not do enough for us. They told us good recommendations for restaurants, tours, places to visit, and just anything we would ask and more! We only have 2 names (Ayoub & Mustaffa) but any staff member we came across was so kind and made us feel at home for the whole trip."
