"everything in premises are not recommended for travelers, looks most of guests are temporary resident. Even there is no hair dryer in bathroom, so I cancel one night and moved. hotel staff are helpful to cancel, and also late chekcin in 2am in the morning."

I talked to a girl in the front desk and she said with a very condescending tone that she would call someone to get more food out which never happened. We just decided the next mornings to be first time down at breakfast and were fine. Staff were good other than this single event."

"We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel’s lobby area was being renovated. Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. "

"The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience. "
