Rooms were extremely dated and dirty! I had them give me two rooms and both were nasty. One with yellow stains in the tub and the other with stains on the curtains. The front desk clerk must be used to their property being sub par b/c she mentioned a full refund due to the unfavorable conditions of the room.
Refund never came to my card after being kicked out for no reason

The property was ok and the first room i had smelled just like fish. So i was transferred to another room. The staff was very friendly and informative. The treadmill at the gym wasnt working and a homeless guy walked in harrassing my family. They need a key swipe that only allows guests who paid to enter those doors. The breakfast was good and the price was reasonable.
Property has been remodeled recently and is mostly new. Bathrooms are tiny and walls were dinged up, but room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant. Guests during our stay were loud, but cannot really blame the hotel for poorly behaving guests.
This property is and hotel is very under care. When upon arrival the computer system was down and the room keys would not work. The lady at the desk had to let us in our room. We then went to dinner and came back and still no room key.
Not very happy about this stay. The room was clean tho. And the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Staff was friendly and attentive , pool area very dirty and smelly. room needed some attention in bathroom but not bad for the price
It was an overall pleasant experience but I was told that I have to let front desk know if I need my room clean when I confronted them of my room not haven’t been clean for three days. I just always taught in my past experiences that the only time they do not clean is if you have the do no disturb sign. And also room service when they will come they did not leave washcloths in the room.
Staff was super friendly and made things as smoothly as they could for me. I’d recommend this to anybody, especially if they went to an event like I did. It’s in the heart of the good places!
Place needs a lot of attention on the paint on on doors. Food for breakfast was same for 2 days no variety. No true shade for window just a satin shade so light came in from outside. Beds were soft and comfy only good point. For price the place was ok

The third day talked to housekeeping and asked for room to be cleaned and 9 hrs later the room was never entered. We will never stay at this chain again. Also the breakfast had minimal food and had to wait for milk for over 15 minutes. Elevator was broken and had to go up and down stairs on the 2nd day. Microwave lost power at11pm and the staff informed me that they no one to address the problem and wanted us to change room but we didn't want to inconvenience ourselves so we just did without. Terrible vacation.
Front desk customer service, Rica, was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
The room was ok, the bathtub needs upgrade.
There was some quest (young adults), that I thought was rude.
I will come back to this hotel just because of Rica. However, if there are rude guests, I would walk right back out.

The front desk staff was amazing. The food was only good on one day. Not many options in terms of dairy products. Coffee was horrible. Extremely noisy in my room on the second floor lots of fighting. We were not notified that we were attached to an ajoined hotel room so the other residents kept trying to get into our room. They said it was a security guard there, but we never saw it and I came in late many times. I felt to say unsafe at night. The refrigerator is also did not work well. we were forced to keep our doors open between the hours of nine and five for a carpet cleaning on the outside of the door. Then you sign a waiver that if anything is stolen, it’s not the hotel responsibility.
