Stayed 2 nights and my experience was wonderful. The property is kept in a great condition, the view from a balcony to the sea and the surrondings was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. So i am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is truly steps from the beach! The views from the hotel were unbelievable and I loved spending time on my balcony watching the waves. The pool was large and had a lot of chairs each day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious. I also tried the spa while there and had a great experience. The hotel was walkable to quite a few restaurants as well.

I give this 5 stars as amenities and location are great but would not stay here again. It was a huge hotel and lots of tours were there, so breakfast was good but also kind of crazy. I think I was the only solo person there. Next time I will look for somewhere a little more intimate.

When trying to park someone had used our assigned space. The under ground garage was very difficultand hard to maneuver in. The r[m was nice, except our reservation said it was two king beds but was actually two US doubles (apparently standards there). We had a nice balcony over the grounds but the noise fromthe kids area below was loud until about 10pm. The hallways were wide but also very loud. The internet was extremely slow and unreliable. The buffet breakfast was poor and the eggs were cold. The address is confusing as it lists the back of the hotel which you can not enter from, we thought we were lost until we asked a local.

We stayed at this hotel and we didn’t like it at all. The staff at the reception and other areas like cleaning crew and servers/ waitresses are nasty and rude. They treat you like you don’t belong there; very unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the greatest. Avoid this place and look for another hotel where you feel welcome. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were old and took close to 12 hours to cool down once we arrived. The balcony was not suitable for infant as she could fall under the guardrail. The bathroom was outdated and moldy. The dining options were very limited and very crowded. The music at night went until 12 midnight which was very loud and too late. The staff was lovely though - very kind and helpful. The facility just needs a major upgrade for being marketed as a 4 star resort it didn’t meet my expectations.

El hotel esta ok en comodidad y espacio El Servicio pesimo y el desayuno grave la comida fria y no habia ni huevo o revoltillo Esta en un lugar oscuro y hasta da miedo llegar !! Decidimos no salir a comer y fuimos al buffet lo encontre super caro $ 60.00 y los refrescos aparte por 6.00 más o menos por dos adultos la comida demasiado decepcionante, nada de frutas y de postre calabaza asada!! La verdad no es Recomendado excepto para personas mayor de 80 Años ya que tienen bingo en la recepcion !!

El Hotel e muy grande, tiene pocas hamacas en la piscina unas 300 para 2000 huéspedes por lo que resulta misión imposible reservar una,Mucha gente para el comedor y aunque hay 3 turnos y varios resaturantes falta personal en cocina y camareros para tanta gente,Aunque la comida está buena la hora de las comidas son caóticas los camareros tienen mucho trabajo y tardan un poco en tomar nota de la bebida, las bandejas del buffet se terminan muy rápido y en cocina no dan abasto- Instalaciones muy bien conservadas, alejado del centro de Peñíscola y el SPa muy bueno.

Es un hotel familiar completamente Bufett y restaurantes temáticos. Equipo de animación ,hotel muy grande y habitaciones perfectas..quizás reformar WC x olores y zona columpios huele mal ..nosotros queriendo volver..mi hija hizo un montón de amigas..se come bien y los animadores Rosa y Diego y el chico de Abba..los demás no tienen tanta experiencia ..parking enfrente caro pero seguro..bus enfrente..lo q todos buscamos pasarlo bien!

La habitación grande y espaciosa.las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. La cantidad de restaurantes que tiene el hotel hace que no se formen grandes grupos de gente a la mismas horas. Y poder cambiar con otro tipo de comida en los distintos restaures temáticos me pareció un acierto. La piscina esta muy bien. Grande y limpia. En general muy contentos.
