Ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles.

Le lieu est bien situé mais cet hôtel n’est pas un 3 étoiles. Nous avons 45 min pour trouver l’appartement que nous avions réservé, tellement les indications données par la réception étaient mauvaises. Le lit n’était pas un queen size comme annoncé sur le site, mais 2 lits une place collés. Il s’écartaient au moindre mouvement, pas terrible lorsqu’on dort en couple. De plus l’un des matelas avait un énorme renfoncement ce qui n’était pas du tout confortable. L’appartement était sale quand nous sommes arrivés, j’ai du le nettoyer en arrivant. Le mobilier est très bas de gamme et ne correspond pas du tout aux photos qui étaient sur le site. La salle de bain aussi est vraiment bas de gamme et mal entretenue. En plein été je suis étonnée que les appartements en location n’aient pas la climatisation. Il a fallu qu’on paye pour avoir une climatisation d’appoint. Les serviettes n’étaient pas inclues dans la location, il fallait payer pour ce service également. Cet hôtel pose beaucoup de conditions lorsqu’on doit rendre la location a la fin du séjour mais ils ne respectent pas ces exigences pour les clients. J’ai vraiment été déçue de l’appartement que nous avons eu et je ne le recommande pas. Heureusement que nous y avons passé que 3 nuits. Il n’y avait pas de wifi non plus, même les formules 1 en France ont la wifi et un service meilleur que cet hôtel.

Mi experiencia ha sido genial el apartamento genial tbn. Y sobre todo las chicas de recepción súper atentas y amables y si necesitabas ayuda por algo ellas estaban allí. No cambiéis nunca soys geniales chicas!!!!! Espero volver a veros muy pronto. Gracias por todo

Umgebung und Lage sind sehr gut Unrichtige Angaben zur Abholung der Schlüssel, wir haben zusammen mit einem anderen Paar zunächst an der angegeben, aber falschen Adresse gesucht; Schlüssel waren einfach im Hotel abzuholen. Unser Apartment war absolut minimal ausgestattet (Geschirr), die Matratzen katastrophal, wir hatten danach Rückenschmerzen; die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Alojamiento trampa

Nos alojamos por una noche y nos sentimos en un alojamiento trampa, el checking es a las 17 y checkout a las 10 de la mañana está marcado! Lo curioso la tarifa €€ para entrar antes en tramos horarios…y parecida para el checkout…eso si nos informan que al contratar por su web podemos entrar antes y salir más tarde(en el horario habitual) @hoteles.com debería opinar. Habitualmente en todos los hospedajes me piden dejar un número de visa como seguro(lógico) aquí te piden bloquear directamente 150€ por posibles desperfectos, por ello miramos bien todos los desperfectos del apartamento, que fueron varios… Pésima comunicación a la que nos invitaron hacerlo vía whatsapp, consultas o a informar de lo que necesitáramos, esta modalidad bien gestionada es genial conozco casos éxito, aquí pésimo después de que nadie respondiera a varias consultas escritas ni llamadas… Indicaciones de cómo llegar a la zona de apartamentos, nula. Después de descifrar el mapa del que solo te dejan captar una foto y durante el tiempo que intentamos comunicarnos vía whatsapp nadie respondiera… Creo que este tipo de establecimiento que carece de el mínimo tacto no son buenos para la hoteleria. Me sentí como al comprar un vuelo de Ryanair… o no estoy acostumbrado o algo cambio y no me di cuenta Pd:Viajo habitualmente por trabajo. No lo recomiendo.

Séjour très négatif, avoir un appartement situé juste au niveau des poubelles (extérieures) rend le séjour pas du tout agréable, le camion passe toutes les nuits vers 3h30 y compris le dimanche, les vacanciers sans gêne jettent leurs bouteilles en pleine nuit. De plus les locataires au dessus de l'appartement faisaient du bruit toutes les nuits (chaises traînées, meubles déplacés, enfants qui courent), malgré notre demande à l'accueil, rien n'a changé. Obligés de payer un supplément pour la clim, mais qu'on ne peut évidemment mettre que dans une seule pièce. Pas du tout pratique quand on en a besoin dans plusieurs chambres au même moment, très bruyante donc la nuit jusqu'à 26 degrés. Parties communes plutôt sales, le ménage n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine. Pas de wifi (en 2021, on croit rêver), même si c'était écrit sur le site. Points positifs, appartement très propre. Garage payant mais voiture en sécurité.

Decepcionante la calidad, la limpieza y los pocos servicios y cobro de 6 euros por toallas pequeñas y viejisimas que no son reembolsables cuando las devuelves... el papel de baño escaso... En fin , las fotos decían otra cosa y dependiendo de un hotel, crei que sería otra cosa Por cierto el estado del yacuzzi que había situado en la azotea era lamentable, destrozada toda la carcasa y tirados los trozos por toda la azotea, así como las sillas tb rotas y un olor insoportable.... tal vez ni han subido a la azotea a comprobar cómo está , porque me parece impresentable entregar un apartamento en esas condiciones.

Para hacer el check-in 1 hora de espera. El sofá cama donde duermen dos adultos está estropeado, le falta una sujeción para los pies que hace que no se pueda mantener el cuerpo totalmente horizontal. Las sillas de la terraza rotas en su totalidad, imposible sentarse sin riesgo de caída. Esta situación se comunica hasta en tres ocasiones, sin obtener respuesta alguna.

Mejorar es posible

La limpieza no es del todo correcta, la cama del sofá necesita el cambio del colchón es muy incomodo. Mejoraría la satisfacción de la estancia en el apartamento si hubiera wifi ( necesario hoy en día)

TRANQUILO

La dirección estaba mal indicada y tardamos como 45 min en encontrar el hotel, en la habitación únicamente había 2 vasos y dos platos cuando supuestamente la habitación era para 4 personas y no había practicamente nada de menaje, el aire acondicinado cuesta 10€/día. A parte de eso la playa se encuentra cerca y el hotel el tranquilo.

Apartamentos muy completos y tranquilos

Eramos dos y nos dieron un apartamento con dos habitaciones,lavabo completo y un cuarto de aseo.La cocina está completamente equipada y tienen una gran terraza. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron que al llegar no funcionaba el ascensor y nos dieron un tercer piso.
