"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sitting on the patio in the back garden was very relaxing. It’s a quiet place to relax and unwind especially if on the go like we were for the days previous to our stay. Tenby doesn’t have uber and getting a taxi isn’t the easiest as services are limited and need to be booked ahead of time. Make sure you arrange transportation if coming in on the train, as the Inn is about a 20-25 min walk (quite a bit uphill). The walk to town is much easier and faster...

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. "We had a lovely 2 night stay. Staff were lovely and worked so hard. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Would definitely recommend staying here, we would stay again."

"The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The only downfall was in the spa area where the steam room was not open and the jacuzzi stopped working on my third day there. Other than that it was so good to be able to use the other facilities. The hotel is also located in a superb setting and is so peaceful!"
