"Clean and well-situated. Staff were wonderful - very friendly check-in and great advice for our short stay in Tenby. The room had a small balcony offering a lovely view over the golf course and a nice place to enjoy a drink in the last of the evening sun. The beach and town were a short convenient walk away."

"It was a great location on the Esplanade. Entry was self-service check-in. The booking stated ocen views and breakfast included. The breakfast was great but we were advised that breakfast was not included as though there was a dispute with Expedia and the room had an ocean glimpse."

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

Slightly strange layout (you need to walk through the bedroom to get from the lounge to the Kitchen and bathroom). Please be aware that Parking at this property is very difficult. "The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. We had a shower on the first day and with no non slip mat I almost fell over. Towels were provided which we used for showering but when we asked for fresh towels the...

"The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky.
