"Super nice management at check in and check out. The room was really clean and renovated. The shower worked well and was modern looking. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. We knew in advance there was no coffee maker, thus we brought our own mugs and instant coffee. There about 6 eating places across the street, plus a Safeway store, within a 5 min walk. A bus stops right in front of the door. We would definitely recommend this inn."

"A very nice property with pleasant and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a fair amount of noise in the hallway and from the floor above during the night and early morning hours. Also, there is no on-site parking other than a $25/day valet service. The only other option is parking on the street, but I couldn’t find any open spaces within a reasonable distance of the hotel."

"I was very pleased with my stay with a couple of minor improvement suggestions. The faucet in our bathroom sink was too short and you had to wash your hands in a very small corner of the sink. Also would like to have better towels at the pool."

"I went to let my grandchildren have fun in a heated swimming pool indoors for her last day of school The water was ice cold they couldn't even play in it. I had to leave and I'm waiting to get my full everything. Do not go if you don't want to be in an ice bucket."

I'm very grateful the Front Desk Staff's attention to detail. Room is always clean and fresh. Room attendant is always helpful. Breakfast is always Fresh, and lot's of choice. They deserve the maximum star rating and I highly recommend Signature inn Santa Clara to you! Additionally, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, and only three stops you will get to the Caltrain transit centre, the Costco is also not far away, what are you waiting for, book it &experience it."
