5-Star Hotel/Bar/Restaurant Best staff in Jomtien!

I always love my stays at Happy Vikings.! The staff really do make this place. Cleaning, Kitchen, Bar/Restaurant... they are all friendly and helpful with a genuine smile. You don't have to be Scandanavian to stay here. You may meet a few in the bar restaurant, but everyone is friendly, and i have never had any problems with guests or visitors. A very safe place...everyone sets a decent ocean view vibe and chills the day away. Rooms are cleaned daily, and this particular room was my favourite (102)... Not small, but not too big, with morning views of the Gulf from your bed! The rooms have been recently renovated, including the bathrooms. Always a decent hot shower. See you again soon for another stay... many thanks!

Great view, convenient, but no elevator

Terrific property, right on the sea. The balcony and lounge on the sea are wonderful. The hotel is well located, with 24-hour access to everything you need. But hotels at this price point must at least have an elevator. So, if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, this might not be your place. The hotel staff won't be able to help you much as there are no dedicated hotel staff really, they all primarily work for the restaurant downstairs. The hotel does sometime feel like an afterthought. A lot more could be done to improve the hotel ecperirce

Budget hotel down a side street

So the rooms are very modern and appear to be done recently . The hotel is down a small lane and away from the noise and a short walk is required t get to it .rooms have don't have views and are simply appointed but when u compare price and value they are favourable .U have to pay 500 deposit for the key in cash .

Would not bother. Restaurant below plays music EVERY night. I am older and go to bed early. To the drum of the noise that travels through the whole place. Girls in yhe Restaurant are helpful but geared to a restaurant not a motel. Only place i know in Thailand that has a 3.00 checkin and an 11.00 out.

Väldigt bra läge. Stranden ligger rakt över vägen. Rymlig lägenhet. Ingen hiss på hotellet. På kvällarna spelar ett litet band i puben på första våningen. Ok, om man gillar hög musik fram till 23 till balkongen. Upplevs annars som störigt. Trafikljud från gatan utanför.

Elendig Suite.

Jeg bestillte en "suite", lenge siden dette var en suite. Så nedslitt, et gammelt skap hvor klær til to skulle være, ingen hengere, ingen knagger eller hyller. Badet hadde sopp i dusjen så møkkete ut, ikke lett å holdet rent for betjeningen, som var veldig hyggelige.

We booked the King Suite at this property at the very last minute based on location and price, of which we had some regrets. Arrived early and property were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early as soon room became available. Staff were friendly, but she had to multitask bartending and checking us in at the same time. Swedish owner/manager helped, and was welcoming. Room was spacious and AC worked great. Bathroom functional but mold/mildew everywhere. Shower curtain was black at the bottom from mold. They don't have a true baggage service, but rather offered to leave it by the counter, neither locked or actively supervised. I wasn't expecting much when booking this property, but truly wished cleanliness was one of their top priority. Chose not to eat or drink there as could not trust the sanitary practice, but then again, it's Jomtien beach front for less than $50. What was I thinking...?

Utan el en eftermiddag, utan vatten nästa morgon. De hade inte betalat vattenräkningen. Ibland fick vi två badlakan ibland ett. Tydligen hade de inte tillräckligt med handdukar så de kunde ge nytt innan tvätten kom. Det behövs nytt tänk om de ska få nya gäster.
