Disappointment and disrespectful
My stay was not what should be expected when traveling on business. The Manager decides to overbook the room ; which requires changing to different room during a four-day stay. The trip became disappointing when the manager refused to refund money from unused time based on her mistake. The Manager had time to fix the issue but refused. Don't recommend this location until this manager is replaced.

파타야 초보에겐 추천, 선수에겐 비추
두 빌딩의 대형 레지던스 중 여러채 소유자들이 에이전트 처럼 운영하는 콘도에요. 리셉션이 없어서 콘도 소유자가 고용하는 사람이 와서 키를 주는데, 저는 편하게 체크인했는데 어떤 소유자는 단지 입구에서 기다리라고 하거나 심지어 어디로 오라고도 하더군요. 콘도니까 당연히 타월 두장이 전부, 객실 청소 없구요. 침구도 호텔 느낌은 전혀 아니구요. 방도 두명이면 딱 맞아요. 규모 작은 에어비앤비 생각하면 딱 맞아요. 레스토랑도 없어서 5분 이상 걸어 나가야 하구요. 그래도 위치가 워낙 좋아서 파타야 초보에게는 좋은 숙소지만 파타야 선수라면 싼 가격이 별로 싸게 느껴지지도 않더라구요. 다만 수영장은 대박입니다. A타워 옥상 수영장은 뷰가 대박이고, B타워 3층 수영장은 거의 25미터 가까이 규격이 나오겠더라구요. 중국사람이 엄청 많지만 그룹투어가 아니라서 느낌은 달라요.
