We had a wonderful family stay at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. The resort is fantastic for families, with a beautiful private beach, fun water park, and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. A special thank you to Jolie at the Front Desk, who was warm, patient, and professional throughout our check-in. She immediately made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the seafood BBQ, which was flavorful and well prepared, although the selection was not quite as extensive as breakfast. Our biggest highlight was the exceptional service from Rush, one of the poolside attendants. When my wife's hotel sandals were taken from her chair, Rush went above and beyond to help us. He took the initiative to find a replacement pair and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a wonderful example of genuine hospitality. Thank you to Rush, Jolie, and the entire Centara Grand Mirage team for making our stay so memorable. We had a fantastic family vacation and would happily return and recommend this resort to others.

I stayed here for three days. Overall, it’s a hotel that’s all show and no substance—it’s overly money-driven and commercial. Since there are plenty of other good hotels in Pattaya, I’ll be staying somewhere else next time. As shown in the online ads, the hotel has a highly entertaining and fun appearance. The grounds are also spacious, so I think families with children can enjoy themselves without getting bored. Breakfast offers a wide variety; while some dishes didn’t suit my taste, the quality was generally decent. The room was clean, and for some reason, they cleaned it twice a day. The problem is the lack of staff and facilities capable of handling such a large number of guests. The biggest problem is the elevators: despite having hundreds of rooms, there are only three elevators, and only one of them was actually working. When I called the concierge, they gave me a false explanation that it was under maintenance. I had a terrifying experience where I pressed the button for my floor only to get trapped inside the elevator. If it really was under maintenance, they should have posted a sign saying so; instead, they just gave a flimsy, made-up excuse on the spot without even acknowledging the malfunction. The check-in counter was constantly crowded, and even though I thought I had already entered my name, phone number, and other information online, I was asked to fill out a paper form again. Even though there were only three or four groups ahead of me, the process took over

Every time we go to Pattaya, we stay at this hotel. Each room has an ocean view. The hotel also has a waterpark with a lazy river, pools, and a children's playground. This hotel is perfect for family vacations.

It is an amazing resort, everything is beautiful and clean, we enjoyed it except that the beach wasn’t great. First day it was dirty with lots of litter then they probably cleaned it but still the water felt weird as if something stings so we just used the pools

The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch.

Lovely resort! We were only here for a couple of nights however will say that the pool facilities are great! The lazy river was a nice addition for something else to do; the main pool temperature was amazing and there was a deeper section for jumping and diving if desired. We didn't find too much difficulty locating a spot along the pool. We ate at the restaurant next to the pool one day for lunch and it was delicious. The included breakfast buffet was great with MANY options. The room was nice although there wasn't really anywhere to put your clothes (no drawers). Our room overlooked the resort and beach area, we were also up higher which was great for watching the nightly lightening shows! The shower is small. We did go to the rum jungle bar one night, nothing was going on there, very quiet but it's on the roof top and great for lightening watching; but drinks are VERY expensive.

The resort is really showing its age. Not maintained well at all. Bathroom within the room has mildew stains throughout. A hole in the wall where a phone once hung. TV with poor brightness, barely viewable. All facilities are super worn. Kids water play area has mildew/mold stains throughout. Paint worn off of most of the fixtures. The resort is under renovations so I hope next time will be a better experience if I choose to return. As far as the service, it was mixed at best. I would like to recognize Koong and Pon in the Kid’s Club for watching our son. They did an excellent job, our son had nothing but great things to say about them. I would like to also recognize Nancy in the Oasis restaurant. I am so grateful she was able to accommodate us when others we spoke to wouldn’t. My wife and I wanted to eat the buffet at Oasis that evening however our son wanted to have a cheeseburger which wasn’t on the menu at the buffet. We spoke to another person before Nancy which suggested we eat at another restaurant at the resort. Lastly, I would like to recognize the Spa team, my wife and I enjoyed their services. They are very skilled in their work. All in all, unfortunately I was quite disappointed with my stay here.
