Family Resort in Jomtien

Great place for families, especially those with small children. The location was great with beach close by and easy access to transportation to Pattaya. The breakfasts were sensational and the highlight of my trip.

Easy Parking, 15minutes drive to walking street, but there are resturant which serves really good thai food, massage and 7-11 in 5min walk, very convenient. Room is clean and tidy, polite and patient staff, pool and beach is really good, many dishes in breakfast buffet.

We enjoy our time at this resort. Few details to share, the breakfast is great, the beds are soft the pillow are too high that cause me neck pain. The pool is in front of the dinner hall. Kind of awkward. There is another pool but is plain with no music or other entertainment The hotel is greatly connected to the beach. Although we feel it was not enough son beds for the quantity of the guests. This hotel is famous for its rooftop but guess what it is not free for everyone goes there and enjoy the sun set. It has a minimum spend requirement and a reservation to be pre maid. After 7 it is open to the public but we went to check and you are not totally welcomed if you are just chilling out. So in the end the hotel Ofers not much for what you have already paid for. For us was classified as a standard hotel and not meet the fame of a top notch one

staff were in general quite friendly, breakfast food selection was moderate, no omelette which is quite surprising. the room was a bit aged... bath room sliding door was a bit stuck and bath water plug was leaking water, and the floor was a bit sticky. think the previous guest might have spilled some fizzy drinks... more importantly the walls were a bit thin, you could hear noises from other rooms and people coughing Pool was a bit small and the corners had a bit of slippery mould which could cause an accident Last of all, frontdesk could have more proactively shared that they have golf cart to send you to places

I honestly wanted to love it, but it was just ok. What we liked: We loved the beach restaurant. Thought the food was good there. Good vibe too. The Over the Moon rooftop looked awesome. Really well done. Food in the Oyster restaurant was pretty good. Service was VERY nice. Everyone was smiling and friendly. The Bad: To start with, the walls on the way to the rooms are a mess. Big pieces of paint missing on a black wall is pretty easy to see and easier to fix. Tons of them everywhere. Not sure why this was allowed to happen We rented a room with a "pool" and then a private villa with pool access also . Not sure what to say here. The pools come up to your knees. Maybe just above your knees but I have never seen a pool so shallow before. You definitely can't swim in them. You can wade around but that is it. Disappointing considering I booked here just for that reason. Lastly, the room service food was very off. I guess it is the Western food they struggled with but we spent $60 on a floating breakfast for two that was almost iun-eatable and I ordered a dish with potatoes one night and the potatoes were almost raw. I am not a complainer, but just being honest. I give this a 3 star experience.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, the reception was great, nice explanation about the hotel's facilities, the room was top class with its own jacuzzi on the balcony, breakfast top class, sky bar (Over the moon) was top class, everything was just top class
