Stayed for 4 nights as a couple was very comfortable. 2 pools. The only negative is they could provide 2 pillows per person and there is only enough tea and coffee provided for 1 cup. Apart from that close to the beach.

Personalen kan knappt engelska, snål frukost inte anpassad till turister, falsk marknadsföring att det finns ett spa (en gång i tiden fanns det nog), poolerna är mindre än de ser ut. Hotellrummet var trevligt. Hotellet ligger mitt i ett fest-/barområde med en extremt utspridd kultur av västerländska män som träffar thailändska killar. Man vill inte bada på stranden nära hotellet.

The hotel is in great condition and all the staff was wonderful and very kind. I got excellent service from the housekeeping staff and the desk clerk Attasit helped me get utinsels when my grab food order came without them. I will be back!

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating, especially the bell boy who goes by “A”. You can’t pick a better location for proximity to dining and nightlife options. This was my second time here, and I will return.

The staff was wonderful especially the boy at the front door during daytime. Restrooms could use a few more amenities like facial tissues and towels. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.

フロントデスクの方が深夜到着にもかかわらず、ウェルカムドリンクを出してくださいました。とってもおいしかったです。これは何の飲み物かという質問の対しても、丁寧にスマホで検索して私に教えてくださいました。 他にもフロントスタッフの方はすべての方が親切でホテル専用のトゥクトゥクでの送迎も快く受けてくださいました。自転車も1000バーツのデポジットで滞在中、自由に借りることができます。こじんまりしたプールもあり、とてもオススメのホテルです。

OK. Muss ich aber nicht nochmal haben.

Hotel in guter Lage. Gute Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Pool nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Zu meiner Zeit viele Russische Gäste mit entsprechendem kulturellen Auftreten. Muss man mögen. Freundliches Personal, aber nicht wirklich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist einfach nur schlecht! Geringe Auswahl und schlechte Qualität. Sowas habe ich in einem 4 Sterne Hotel noch nie erlebt. Nur Toast. Der Kochschinken wurde in warmem Wasser gelagert, kein Käse, Kaffee und Tee standen in der Kanne entsprechend abgestanden auf der Wärmeplatte, nur 2 Sorten Obst, kein Joghurt, die Reisgerichte ungewürzt und geschmacklos. Die Zimmerreinigung ist so la la… Handtücher werden gewechselt, aber nach 2 Wochen sah man dann doch den Staub, der auf den Ablagen nicht gewischt wurde. Bettlaken wurden selten gewechselt. Unterm Strich werde ich da nicht nochmal buchen. Vergleichbares kriegt man nebenan für deutlich weniger Geld…

Few issues but still good.

I’ve stayed at the Agate before and knew it had the levels of comfort and service i was looking for, also in a nice location a short walk from the beach. On this occasion there were a few maintenance issues that slightly spoiled things - Day 2 there was a power cut affecting my floor only for 4 hours. Day 3 the single lift was out of order half the day. However I’d still stay again if in the same area.
