Reasonable

Average budget priced hotel . Older hotel but reasonable for the price . Goog area close to everything you need for a good holiday. 3 min walk to shopping . 3min walk to soi baukhao, soi made in Thailand and Beer park ... Had a few issues with hot water. Staff are friendly . Good for younger crowd on party holiday ..

Irresposible attitude

In spite of the day of check out, the housekeeper entered my room at 10am and cleaned without both my consent and prior notice. DO NOT DISTURB was not settled originally. Of course I used the room after that also. The housekeep women dumped my amenity goods whose contents remained which are not supplied by this hotel. When I protested, the front desk "you can buy that at seven eleven" At last, I ordered to find from garbage box or compensate. The swimming pool water seemed to be dirty.

Good value hotel in convenient location

The hotel rate is good value for money. The staff are very friendly and check in and check out is extremely quick. The hotel is near public transport and bars and Restuarants which are good value for money. It is within walking distance of one of the biggest shopping centres in Pattaya. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Hôtel aux chambres vétustes !

Les chambres sont vieilles et le mobilier est au bout de sa vie ! Les climatisations datent certainement de la construction de l'hôtel,peut-être que d'autres ont été remplacées,mais pas celle de ma chambre en tout cas,et le filtre du climatiseur doit lui aussi daté de la construction de l'hôtel. Le pommeau de douche fuyait de partout,je mettais + d'eau sur les murs que sur moi. La télévision date de la dernière guerre et l'antenne ne capte pas. Mon lit double n'était rien de plus que deux lits simples rapprochés.

Für diesen Preis werde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.Es ist eine einfache Ausstattung,aber alles brauchbar. Ich habe mich nur zum Schlafen im Hotel aufgehalten ,da das Wetter sehr schön war und was will ich da im Hotel.Es liegt im Zentrum der Stadt ,alles ist erreichbar ,auch der Strand.

We had to stay in a very old room although we booked well in advance via Hotels.com. Room on ground floor. Bathroom very old and not well maintained. Airco at least 30 years old and room temperature controller out of use. Fridge leaking water. City view appeared to be a wall at about 2 meters distance. Small tv about the same age of the airco I assume.
