A Great Adult Themed Hotel

Great hotel close to beach and walking street with great bars and restaurants very close by. Room was a surprise with sex dungeon type items installed and mirrors and lighting to match. Was a great theme for an all adult type hotel. Overall a good experience with helpful staff and excellent location. I would highly recommend for singles or couples

I wanted to be RIGHT in the action...... Baby it doesn't get ANY closer than this!!! A block from the beach. 3 blocks from walking street entrance..... The rooms were awesome!!!

I was pleasantly pleased with my overall experience. I did a search for high rankings, lowest cost and location "Walking Street". And got this great hotel. It is a very unique place, interesting rooms and the adjoining club was great. Incredible service from the entire staff too. I've got a neurological disorder and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I've got a new favorite place in Pattaya now for sure.

Brilliant

The hotel is amazing. So much work has gone into the rooms making them so different to normal hotels. It can be noisy because it’s above its nightclub. I booked a week and loved it but I ended up staying for three weeks. Pretty much sums it up. I had a small accident during my stay and the staff went out their way to help me and ask every day if I was ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing worked and what did would shut off over and over again. Advertised a sound insulated room, definitely noisy. Pool didn't work and the bathroom was terrible. Room was tiny with no balcony. Won't stay there again. Staff was pretty good.

I booked a suite, so I expected a higher level of comfort and service, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes, and the reception staff were not very friendly, which made the arrival experience unpleasant. The room had several issues: the water pressure was very low, so the shower and the jacuzzi bathtub did not work properly. Hot water was often missing, and there were water leaks throughout the bathroom. The balcony was also unusable due to a faulty window. The cleanliness was below expectations, there was no soap provided, and overall the maintenance of the suite appeared neglected. In addition, there was no sound insulation and the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to rest. Considering that this was a suite, these issues are even less acceptable. I hope the hotel will seriously improve maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality.
