Second stay here and first time into the Priority Lounge. The hotel is in a good location with many family run seafood restaurants nearby. The lounge was disappointing and very much like a company canteen. There was only one sofa to relax on. Good staff service and acceptable snack food. The bar range was ok but somewhat limited compared with Club lounges provided by other hotel groups. I am not inclined to pay the extra for lounge access.

We had a room with sea view. Loved it as the whole wall is a glass wall not just window so the view was great! Room and amenities were great as well. Buffet was not to be missed. I would return. If you don’t have to play on a beach or walk on a beach but just find a get-away place, this is a hotel to consider.

I like Sri Rasha as a quiet town compared to Pattaya. There I can find everything i really need and walking on streets is safe. Vetter than this Novotel hotel is hard to find.
