The Grand Hotel staff were friendly and check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is amazing with lovely views of the bay. I have stayed at the Grand Hotel 4 times in the last couple of years and have always enjoyed my time here.

Right in the middle of walking street... I saw the reviews about staff charging for marks on towels... that didn't happen to me... I have a suspicion they are trying to bring in the right customers if you behave like an adult they will treat you like it if you behave in a way they don't want your return business I suspect you may get charged for things... but the staff was great to me... I will return again because the location is so good and the facilities are so well kept... in this area everyone loves to smoke so they provide a balcony area to smoke but the room did not smell like smoke... ac worked fridge was in working order they had ear swabs, shampoo, shower gel, hair cap, internet was download speed 200mbs which is better than western countries... had to buy toothbrush and paste but you can buy in the lobby and 7/11 50 meters from front door... pharmacy too... will be back... thank you staff you all were great
