There is absolutely nowhere to park anywhere near this place so if you have a car I would not recommend you thinking about staying here..

A waste of money

Don't visit this place... So many things wrong. Bad service, no elevator, mold and fungus in the room and bathroom. Filthy pillow and stuffed toilet after one use... Noise from walkingstreet all night!

This place is most horrible, dirty, ignorant and unclean place in whole Thailand.We booked 2 weeks and when arrived the place was managed by a rude, nosiy, arrogant prrson who gave us a room in 4rd floor where the hotel has no elevator. It is located in the most unclean alley of Pattaya walking street. It belongs to same people who are famous for not caring for cleanness. We were not given a refund and they stole two weeks of funds. The Expedia should employ vetting process on this. This is theft in action. I am willing to take them to court and close this shanty non-place.

I've seen many dirty hotels, but I've never seen anything like this one, and I hope I never will again. When I entered the lobby, it smelled like they were cooking right there. When I arrived, the employee was eating, and they took my passport without offering any help with my bags. They told me they would give my passport back after they were done with it. I tried to explain that the room I booked was not the one they were trying to give me, but they didn’t understand and insisted that the room in the pictures was different from the one I booked. In the end, I got my money back.

It is difficult to understate how horrible this “hotel” is. I’d rather sleep behind a dumpster behind a Chinese restaurant. The first room we were shown had a lizard on the bed, and the bed sheets were already used and disgusting. And there was no light in the bathroom. We were then given another room. Again the bed sheets and pillows were used and gross, but also the bathroom and toilet, and the floor, and essentially every surface of the room, was filthy. And the hot water heater was broken and smashed open. The owner told us that the cleaning lady had not come to the hotel in *days*. He tried placate us by bringing us “clean” pillows and pillow cases, that we then picked hair and eyelashes out of. I demanded the place be cleaned. My girlfriend and I were very tried and just wanted to sleep on a clean bed. He tried to get the cleaning lady to come, but kept saying she’d be there in “10 more minutes.” An hour and a half later, we were still in a filthy room with a bed too filthy to sit down on. The owner was also rude and annoyed that we expected a bed with sheets that didn’t have the previous occupants’ hair all over them. There is no elevator. The inside of the rooms looks like a post-apocalyptic movie.

Jag rekommenderar inte detta boende! Smutsigt och ingen städning. Dåliga rum. Efter en vecka lyckades jag få tjata till mig en fungerande Tv. Kylskåp som inte fungerade. Stark mögellukt. Efter ca 10 dagar bytte jag hotel trots att jag hade betalt för en månad.
