The breakfast menu was very fresh and it was a good selection. The room was clean and the bed was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were friendly, kind and always helpful and pool was nice too. It is a 15 walk to the beach and it was in the city centre too and is a 45 minute walk to Walking Street.

This was my second stay here. I like the location because it's close to the places I wanted to visit. The bed was the most comfortable sleep I had in days. Prior to coming to Thailand, I spend a few days in Tokyo & Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I'll come back.

Pool was good, we had really great time at the pool. Cooperation of staff was not great, we asked if we can borrow knife to cut fruits the answer was no, I asked if the kithcen could help us with that, if needed I could pay, they said will ask and call me, which they never did. A lot of indian customers so the food was mainly indian. One day during shower we had brown collored water with dirt inside, they came and let the water run for about 20 minutes it became clean again, there was no appologies for that which was a big surprise. 7/11 is up 20 meters from hotel, a lot of massage options around.

Overall, the hotel was located in a convenient area and was well-maintained. Staff were attentive and did their best to accommodate guests. The only complaint isn't about the hotel, but the other guests. They were noisy and unapologetic about their behaviour. Not much you can do about that though.

I want to leave a better review for this hotel, but have to be honest. The room I had seemed to have gone through half of a renovation. The lights couldn't shut off, which seems like the opposite of a problem you'd experience. Also when the staff attempted to call my room the phone didn't ring. Having said that, the staff at the hotel are very nice and professional, and the hotel is conveniently located enough. No laundry on site but there's options a very short walk away. I think it's a good hotel for very short stays and hopefully they finish working on the electric wiring of the lighting
