Bathrooms and rooms are in desperate need of repair and upkeep ! I had to move three times as the shower doors did not work, showers mouldy and Bed mattress broken. On site manager was excellent as was the staff. Zero money spent on repairs or upkeep.

Excellent B2 Hotel in Pattaya

Excellent Management, Reception Staff and all other staff. Very helpful in resolving any issues. Excellent location for me and easy to find on Pattaya Tai Road accross from the Shell Gas Station. I would recommend and also will return to this property in the future trips to Pattaya.

This hotel requires new bed mattresses and showers ! After seeing 6 different rooms there was only one with a working shower door that closed abd even the one I had in my room still leaked water everywhere. It’s was a very bad stay ! Book elsewhere !

Really a rough used hotel with little to no upkeep. I won’t stay there again after having to be moved to 3 different rooms due to a broken shower door ( not working) dirty mouldy showers and a bed mattress that loses its springs support. Not a great stay at all!

Worst rooms, worst Location, worst service, worst staff. Nothing is good. Bathroom is getting leaked and is not being addressed after raising the concern. Here staff is very rude. They don’t understand a basic need. Also, what present in the website what is here is totally different. 100% disappointment guarantee. The whole street is drainages smell can’t walk

Värsta upplevelsen jag har haft på ett hotell. Vi hade bokat två rum med bokning dagen innan vi kom dit så vi kunde checka in direkt. Redan här blev det problem, tjejerna i receptionen kunde ingen engelska. Det tog lång tid innan de lyckades hitta två rum till oss vilket inte borde vara något problem då rummen redan var bokade för oss. Men de hade ju självklart bokat ut våra rum trots att jag hade kontaktat dom via mail och informerat om att vi kom senare. När jag kommer in i mitt rum så har jag ingen TV, kassaskåpet var sönder och mögel i badrummet. Sängen är stenhård, det var som att ligga på golvet. Dessutom är det en dörr in till nästa hotellrum så du hör allt som de gör där inne även om de bara talar. Balkongen är minimal och dörrarna är dessutom inte täta så du hör musik hela natten från nattklubbarna. Men detta så kommer också myggor på nätterna, jag blev helt uppäten. Jag gick ned och frågade om jag kunde byta rum, den äldre herren i receptionen sa bara att alla rum är likadana så du får inte byta rum, du måste ha en giltig anledning. Horribel service, jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotellet till någon, jag tror det är bättre att sova utomhus än detta hotellet. Kunde jag ge det sämre betyg så hade jag gjort det. Jag kan bara säga en positiv sak om detta hotell och det är att städerskan var trevlig.

チェックイン時パスポートをぞんざいに扱ったり、対応を面倒臭がったりと、レセプションのスタッフの教育が出来てない様に見えました。 シャワールームは排水口がすぐ詰まり、溢れた水が翌朝まで溜まっていました。それが常態化している為か、床にはヌメリがあり不潔でした。シャワー時はサンダル必須です。 ベッドシーツはきれいで問題ありませんでした。備品は乏しく、スタッフも英語が話せないので、外国人の家族旅行で選ぶホテルではありません。
