The hotel staff were friendly. Calling this an English speaking hotel is a stretch. The most notable thing was the condition of the facility. The rooms have not been updated since about 1980. This was the biggest issue. The room was clean but very old. The bathroom was in the same condition. The selection of TV was very limited and the picture was not clear, like it was from an over the air antenna. The AC controls were an old pendant that sat on the night stand. They had some signs in the lobby asking for patience while they remodel. So, I have to assume they know their facility needs remodeling, but I didn't see active construction anywhere. Overall, this hotel was likely acceptable for locals, but is not up to Western hotel standards from a facility point of view. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and good.

I spent a long time looking at reviews trying to find a nice hotel, this really wasn’t it. While situated on the beach it’s incredibly dated and in disrepair. The building is like a trophy wife 20 years past her prime that now has 5 kids and two bad divorces. Even after being changed rooms the “upgrade” still had mold growing in shower, floors coming apart, baseboards look termite riddled, bed was hard as hell, pool bar is in operational, tile’s missing all over. This property is in desperate need of a complete renovation. The buffet was alright. View was really only redeeming quality. Honestly I wouldn’t book here again.

Nice hotel with its own beach. I had to change rooms at one point because the ac in my room wasn’t working but they arranged it. I didn’t have to say anything about it. I found a few ants in my new room other than that it was a perfect stay

The property looks nothing like the pictures. The lobby itself is nice but the hallways and carpet are absolutely filthy. We checked into our room facing the golf course. It was disgusting. Dust everywhere. Air conditioner was on and it was blowing a mildew smell unbearable. We went to the front desk to ask for a new room. The customer service was phenomenal. Immediately put us into a way better room it was a huge Difference felt like a different hotel. Breakfast was decent beach access is nice. Definitely worth it. If you book a room facing the beach.

Our return to Pattaya

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a very quiet hotel and surrounding area. The view from our room was a delight overlooking the sea towards Koh Larn. The considerable attractive gardens were spacious and well kept. The external building and some internal carpets are showing their age and are in need of an upgrade. One of our main attractions to the hotel is the small but challenging 9 hole park 3 golf course. . A short walk to soi 5 you will find many restaurants and bars which were reasonable priced and not too packed due to the lack of tourists due to the continued pandemic.

Golf break

We spent a long weekend break away from Bangkok.The location of the hotel allows a breath taking view of the sea from the large garden area. The hotel is large and is in need of some tender love and affection as it is somewhat tired.

Long Weekend break

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the surrounding peaceful area. We managed 9 holes of par three golf on the premises. The garden is immaculately kept and has stunning views of the ocean. The outer buildings are in need of some maintenance but overall a pleasant stay.
