I recently stayed at Arden for the second year in a row, and everything was absolutely perfect The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The service exceeded all expectations, and there wasn’t a single thing that could have been done better. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaning staff was always very friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Arden to anyone visiting Pattaya.

What an absolutely wonderful hotel, everything was perfect clean and big rooms with dishes and cutlery and large fridge.The place is kept spotless and also has a large swimming pool.All the staff are awesome friendly and the room cleaners are fantastic in their jobs.I highly recommend staying here and next time I will definitely be back too!

Great stay

This is an absolutely amazing hotel, especially located in central Pattaya. The staff does an amazing job to make sure your needs are made. Definitely recommend for a great pattaya vacation.

Just had a 2 week stay at Arden hotel and it was the best! The room was great, and location, but what made the stay so relaxing is the helfpul staff. Excellent hotel with a swimming pool and a small gym and a restaurant. Rooms are clean and equipped with a stove top, microwave, washing machine, tub and shower and a small balcony. Hotel has a new carpet smell in the hallways and the building is expertly maintained. Love this hotel.

We loved our stay here. Great location tucked away from the main beach area, but within walking distance. Lots of food and shopping close by. Excellent restaurant, bar and pool and really amazing staff - couldn’t fault the service. Loved having washing machine in our room! We will definitely stay here again next visit to Pattaya.

Rooms are very nice for the price. Bed was comfortable rather than being hard as a rock like many Thai hotels. Breakfast was more premium with extra international and Thai variety. The hotel doesn't have a view and isn't super close to dining and activities, but I would definitely return.

We had a great stay, its a nice small hotel so not too busy and more personal. Staff were great, washing machine and washing line were but bonus, great rooms, spacious and well equipped etc. The gym was too small and not at all private it was like you were on show to the whole hotel! We had dinner at the hotel on our last night ans a few hours later my husband got really sick with food poisoning from having chicken pizza, he only ate half of it thankfully but was really sick. Very ironic that so many trips to Thailand eating street food and weve never got sick, then eat at the hotel and get food poisoning. I had a different pizza and was fine as it had no meat. So a disapointing finish but its a great hotel, clean and modern ane great location.

Good hotel

The information desk staff are friendly. The interior of the room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The toilet, shower booth, and bathtub are also clean and the shower water pressure is good.

Great Hotel with a small gym swimming pool, sauna and a restaurant. Rooms are spacious and have a microwave, refrigerator, stove and a washing machine, AC is powerful as well as the water pressure in the shower. The ladies who cleaned the room were very respectful and nice so much so that I had to tip my room cleaner, she was excellent. The location of the Gym is a weird as it faces the restaurant and it's impossible to not make eye contact with the guests eating in the restaurant, maybe darken the glass in the gym to make it not so visible to the people in the restaurant. The bath towels are old, and you can tell they are by the smell and the dark color of the previously white towels. However, I still enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel again.

It’s a super easy walking down to the beach and along the way if you get hungry there’s tons of food options or need to rest your feet there are also a bunch of therapy massage places with good prices. The staff at the hotel were all super helpful and just over all very nice to deal with. The room was nearly perfect and very clean. Will consider this place again for sure.
