"I enjoyed that this hotel was a boutique hotel with a smaller number of guests, so it never seemed crowded or over busy. Beautiful room and loved the courtyard. Staff was friendly and helpful."
"The hotel is a few minutes walk from the central station, and also the subway and bus stops. A 20-min walk to Old Town, Marienplatz. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious (for Europe) and clean. Would definitely return."
"Room was larger than expected with lots of storage, only issue was the cooling system didn’t seem to work that well so needed to open the sliding window to get air circulation. However had to close it due to some construction noise. Sound proofing was excellent
Food options lots of different foods to eat from mini pancakes, boiled eggs, meats, cheeses , fruits and fruit juices. Staff was helpful "
"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice.
Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

Cons : poor wifi, air condition auto shutdown every 3hour, old elevator, not friendly staff at check in counter , noisy from outside construction, small room , no amenities in bathroom "
"Our room was very nice and the Bar upstairs was gorgeous. We were given free drink vouchers when we got to the bar! Only downside is that the showers are a little see through."

"I can’t imagine staying at any other hotel when I returned to Munich. This place is perfect for my wife and I. Well, the rooms are a little small. It was a perfect size for us and forced us to stay contained with our items. Only thing better than the rooms is the friendly and helpful service; from the front desk to house keeping to breakfast staff, everyone was top notch. 5-stars all around!"
