"I stayed at the Hampton Inn because it was advertised as the closest airport to EWR. It is as the crow flies but not as the car drives. It is about a 15 minute drive. There is a 24 hour airport shuttle, which was another reason I chose this hotel, however, it drops you off at the Air Train and not at a terminal. As an older traveler, I could not handle the Air Train with my bags so I took an Uber. For this reason, I would not stay here again, but I would choose a hotel where the shuttle drops...

"Booked the embassy because usually it’s really clean and nice . This is my 1st at this location. Let’s start with the Pro’s : Omelete station is great you can add options and everything. Although i wish they would’ve have a waffle maker. Parking is great ! Starbucks is right on property! Streamcast on TV’s - whenever i stay somewhere i look forward to this feature so i can resume watchin my shows while im away. Cons: the room was super dusty ! Like dust behind the nightstands , TV and bed....

"The room was very clean and nicely kept. I have to give a special shout out to the front desk clerks, they were both amazing. Everyone was very helpful. I needed a staycation and this was a perfect fit. I had a 1 bedroom suite which had a pull out couch, fridge, microwave, beautifully stocked bathroom etc. very comfortable and peaceful. "

"A very nice, inviting property. My only complaint was that it sat right next to Rt. 22, a roadway with maniacal drivers and danger lurking at every jughandle and U-turn. Drive at your own peril. Also, half the rooms face the speedway."
