This Hilton was in a good location, but was a bit outdated. The staff were not the most welcoming upon check-in, and I had to take the elevator to multiple floors to locate a working ice machine. The room was clean and provided decent toiletries. So, overall I would rate it as a 3.5/5.

Yes check in is at 4, at 3:30 we were told they were not sure when it would be ready. Checked in at 6pm, the staff was not welcoming. Property is not maintained. Our room smelled of cigarettes. No bar or restaurant was open. We had to ask for linens for the couch bed, waited 40 min then had to go to the front desk. I would not stay here again!

The check in time is 4pm, which in itself is late. No one could tell us when it would be ready. Ultimately, our room wasn’t ready until 6pm which isn’t really helpful when you traveled 3 hours for a game at 8pm. But don’t worry, when check out time came around, they made sure you were out. If you want to actually get into the room for anything other than a bed at night, i would avoid.

Room was ok, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom, but was a lot of dust on the tables, the conditioner bottle was empty. The staff very nice , pool was not nasty but need to be more clean and the jacuzzi was out of service , nice sauna and gym but some machines for cardio out of service. Breakfast was a buffet and very complete and a nice restaurant with nice staff. Parking very convenient and easy to find. I recommend a maintenance in the pool And the gym , is an attraction and modernize all the furniture because is very old , I think is a Hilton hotel and I was expecting more. Thanks.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in East Brunswick, NJ, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from check-in through checkout. My room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. My only complaint was the wait for the elevators. They were often slow, and there was usually a longer wait than expected, especially during busy times. While it was a minor inconvenience, it didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great service, comfortable accommodations, and a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Chose this hotel to be close to the city and certain activities for a special weekend. The staff were friendly so individuals weren't the issue. As a whole the hotel was poorly managed. 1 elevator working DURING a special event they were hosting. It took me 10 minutes to get to my room and even longer to get down to the lobby. They also charged for parking which is mind blowing since I'm staying there as a guest. Smoked detectors kept going off in multiple rooms on the floor I was on so while I'm the room it was never peaceful. Last morning and hotel service started knocking on the door at 9AM when checkout isn't until 11. Overall a poor experience.
