"Rooms don't have microwave. I had an issue with charges made in my card, took me 2 days to get ahold of anyone, very hard to get to a person. They were unable to help. I was provided wrong information by check in and check out person resulting in the charge. Did not offer to look further into it ..."

"Room was clean and comfortable. The location was great; we took a bus into downtown, about 10 minutes from the stop right near our hotel. Right next to I80 so convenient when leaving town. Staff was helpful. Would stay again."
