"Lovely hotel for a stay in the mountains. We spent 2 days hiking and loved coming back to the sauna and hot tub post. But DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE NOT RENTING A CAR. While a free bus pass comes with your stay, the hotel is in the middle of no where, has no restaurants near by and doesn’t have a fridge or microwave in room. The last bus from Ortisei leaves at 7pm and that’s if you can get on the bus. We travelled during shoulder season, not even peak season and the buses often passed us by because they were full, which sucks because they only run once and hour. Lovely hotel, I would 100% stay again but only with a car available."

Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!"

"We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working there. Breakfast was really good and genuine of the area. Top quality and had a real focus on good healthy food. The only downside is there is no air-con in the room which can be tricky in warmer nights. Maybe some mosquito nets so you can have the door open at night? We will 100% be coming back in the future!"
