The hotel is under construction, but no noise at night, the staff is very friendly, and professional, the hotel is close to main attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame, breakfast was very good.

Hotel de Roubaix
Great location and near metro stations. Quiet area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Quirky hotel which was clean and friendly.
