"The hotel is located 5min (walk) from Gare de Lyon. Practical but not the best area in Paris. Very clean and modern with pleasant staff. You should take a room in the higher floors (we had a view of the Eiffel Tower). Unfortunately the morning of our departure the hot water was off. The desk said ..."
