Hostel not hotel

This is a hostel rather than a hotel but this isnt made clear on the booking websites. We chose a cylinder room but didnt realise this means sharing toilets / showers with another 10 cylinder rooms. The cylinder contains the bed and some standing room at the foot of the bed - that is all! The toilets and showers arent the cleanest and you have to go outside to get to them. Not great.

Lugar lindo!

O local é lindo, tem uma atmosfera muito gostosa, fica bem perto do centro histórico e tem fácil acesso. O que precisa melhorar é o travesseiro disponível no quarto. São muito desconfortáveis. Fora isso, tudo certo

O hotel é uma graça, com piscina, restaurante, quartos silenciosos e staff atenciosa e um pouco atrapalhada. É bem localizado. Da para ir a pé no centro histórico. A comida do restaurante é muito boa!! O café da manhã tb! Estava um frio de 16 graus a noite e o quarto só possuía um edredom. Volto no verão!! Quero ficar no cilindro.

Padrão internacional que precisa de brasilidade

O Selina como sempre tem um padrão internacional muito bom. Recomendo e voltarei. Alguém precisa apresentar o lencol com elástico pra forrar a cama aos diretores. Podem também elevar o nivel do café-da-manhã com um misto de brasilidade. Melhorará ainda mais seu superior padrão em relação a todos os outros.

O lugar é muito lindo, cheio de verde, e conta com uma bela piscina. A equipe é super atenciosa, e o os únicos pontos de atenção são para a limpeza do quarto. A roupa de cama estava realmente suja, lençóis e edredom manchados. Atrás da cama havia muitíssimo pó também.

O Selina é incrível, a cama super confortável, café da manhã feito na hora e gostoso, foi uma ótima opção, um única sugestão seria tentar conter de forma mais eficiente os mosquitos. Entendo o conceito mais sustentável que conflita com os químicos dos repelentes, mas tentar achar algum tipo de repelente natural para colocar em pontos estratégicos seria interessante!

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor!

Essa foi minha primeira vez em um dos hotéis da rede Selina, o hotel é lindo, possui espaços comuns muito bons e confortáveis. A piscina é enorme, possui mobiliário muito bom. O hotel possui sinuca, biblioteca, e cinema, não usufruí mas espiei e são espaços bons. O quarto é grande e acomoda muito bem 2 pessoas, mas senti MUITA falta de um frigobar e uma TV. Há uma cozinha em comum mas as vezes no meio da noite você quer uma água e precisa se locomover do quarto até a cozinha e pegar água. Isso foi um ponto negativo para mim. O café da manhã eu também não curti pois estou acostumada com o sistema que utilizamos aqui no Brasil, self service. Lá eles oferecem combos que são bons mas demoram um pouco e poderia vir uma quantidade um pouco maior. Mas o hotel possui um propósito de ser um local onde você faz amizades e isso é de fato cumprido pelo ambiente acolhedor do local. Gostei, e recomendo com ressalvas. ✨💖

Localização excelente, atendimento educado, acomodações limpas, organizadas e um espaço muito especial com jardim e piscina. O café da manhã é razoável em termos de sabor e bem servido. Espera mais, então me decepcionei

Um pouco decepcionante. Eu amo a rede Selina, mas o Selina paraty não vale tanto a pena como os outros Selinas que já conheci. Café da manhã extremamente demorado sendo que são sempre as 3 mesmas opções todos os dias, logo deveria ser algo mais rápido porque não tem nada que dificulte a logística. A espera era de 40 a 1h de espera e o hotel nem tava lotado! Tava super calmo, imagina quando está lotado, deve ser horrível! Pessoal deve sair pro passeio sem café! E Por isso no último dia minha mãe nem pediu o café da manhã incluso dela porque sabia que não ia dar tempo de esperar tudo isso. Os funcionários trabalham do jeito que querem, fecham a portaria toda a hora pra ficar batendo papo em outros lugares, e vc tem que caçar eles para pedir algo! No café da manhã mesma coisa, chega lá pra pedir e as vezes não tem ninguém pra te atender pq funcionário tá em outro canto conversando. Falta iluminação no chão, então quando chega a noite precisa ligar a laterna do celular pra nao cair no caminho de pedras ao quarto, e dentro do meu quarto não tinha nenhum lugar pra pendurar toalha de rosto e corpo. A Tv do quarto não tem canais abertos disponíveis. Da apenas acesso a Netflix e app similares que vc precisa ser assinante para ter acesso

Reservei sabendo e ansiosa,pela experiência Selina. Quanta decepção. Atendimento falho na recepção,o quarto cheirava muuuuito mofo,mas muito mofo! Café da manhã demorou bastante para ser servido,tanto que no segundo dia desistimos de pedir.
