Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

The room we got was not as expected. Very dark and noisy from excessive air conditioner units outside kitchenette window. They were very stingy with towels—one bath towel for each person . No hand towels or wash cloths. The best thing was the restaurant kitchen. Very good food here! Great breakfast and dinners!

The Inn is super fantastic. The crew is wonderful. The place sensational. I just suggest the owners check the sewage system in room #4 we stayed in. The stench was unbearable.

Nossa estadia na Apple House Paraty foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Tudo superou nossas expectativas: instalações impecáveis, quartos confortáveis, áreas comuns lindíssimas e um café da manhã excelente. O spa merece um destaque especial. Carol e Deise foram excepcionais, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor, profissional e extremamente cuidadoso. As massagens foram maravilhosas e contribuíram para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais relaxante e inesquecível. Na Recepção todos merecem destaque. Como única sugestão de melhoria, acreditamos que a qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor, pois não está à altura do excelente padrão oferecido pelo hotel em todos os outros aspectos. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação. Sem dúvida, voltaremos e recomendaremos a Apple House a amigos e familiares!

O café da manhã é excelente. A limpeza é muito boa e os funcionários muito educados! Fiquei nos quartos mais simples e senti falta de um local para a roupa secar e uma janela que tenha a claridade do dia. Os quartos eram muito escuros. Poderia ter uma ala específica para famílias com cães e outra para crianças, porque os hóspedes são bem sem noção e mau educados. Restaurante tbm não é local de cães! Poderia ter uma área específica para as famílias com cães. Teve cachorro vomitando no restaurante e outros cães latindo sem parar...incomoda demais. O problema não são especificamente crianças e cães, mas sim, a família que não educa. dessa forma, se houvesse alas específicas para cada grupo, seria bem melhor. Resumindo: o único problema da pousada são os hóspedes sem noção!
